I purchased this ab roller because I am having a very difficult time trying to find exercises I can do at home due to hip and lower back injuries and pain. I thought this would help with stretching out those muscles without putting a lot of unnecessary strain onto my back. I have been using it for several days now, and have noticed that each day it is easier to use. The knee pad is helpful in using it so I am not also hurting my knees. I have noticed that if I go a bit too far it actually starts to pull the muscles in my back so I have to be careful in how far I am rolling out. I can definitely feel the abs getting a workout with this little roller, too. Is it the best one on the market? Probably not as it is very lightweight materials, but for me, a beginner to this type of exercise, it totally does the job it is supposed to do. I like the fact that it is small enough to take with me as I am traveling, especially when going by car as it will help me to stretch out my muscles after a long period of time on the road. It breaks down and assembles very easily, in under a minute and you could easily pack it into a suitcase or backpack. It also came with a little chart of how many rolls you are to do each day, with rest days every two or three days. Nice to take along so you can remember how many reps to do when you are on vacation. I like it. My results may be different than yours so you will need to try it for yourself to see if it works for your specific needs.

If you have trouble assembling this thing don't even bother using it...you might poke your eye out. Anyways, this thing works. OMG, my body was burning after just a few rolls. It strengthens a lot more than just abs. What a nice and simple product that you can use at home or in a hotel room. Pretty happy with the product. I'd post a photo of me working out with it, but I don't want to show how much I struggle, lol.I received this item at a discount for my honest review.

What makes this five stars is the simplicity! Minor assembling of putting the wheels on by sliding the foam enforced handlebar off/on. There are two wheels offering more traction which is really helpful (I thought there was only one). The knee foam pad is actually a nice thick quality; not thin and useless. If you travel, disassembling is a snap and the pieces are made to withstand putting together and taking apart. There is a beginner's workout schedule which is nice if you hadn't used one of these before. Be prepared for ab-sensational workout!

This only took me a minute to put together and is really easy to use. It comes with a little pad for your knees which is really nice and takes alot of pressure off. I could feel my muscle burning already after just a couple minutes of using it. It's super simple to use and you can choose how hard you want to work just by how far you go down. I really look forward to seeing the results as I use it! I reviewed this product at a reduced rate to test and review it.

This ab roller is just a great thing to have. I received it as a promotional item and when I opened the box I was nervous because it did not come built but it is so easy to put together and take apart to store! Great little tool to have around to work on my abs during commercials!!! I have been using it now for about 3 days and it is very sturdy and made from a good material!

Simple design, but I can tell that the wheel is engaging all my abdominal muscle groups. Very durable thus far and it comes with a mat to help protect your knees. Very helpful
