The jerky was good. Every once in a while there would be a piece too hard to chew. But it was mostly great!

Love the taste and love that it’s grass fed and I can read and understand all of the ingredients.

Horrible taste and texture
I can understand why I might not like the teriyaki flavor. Everyone has different tastes. But I am a trained chef and food business consultant and this isn't a product I would attach my name to. I found that the flavor was so bad that the two times, on two different days, I tried a piece I spat it out after chewing for a bit. Yes, spat it out both times. gross. As for the texture: mushy like over held sous vide meats. Really disgusting texture. or lack thereof. I am very, very, unpleased with the taste and texture of this product. If I could return it I would, but I will be throwing it all out.
