First let me clarify that these repeaters do not work with the solar camera systems. Xmarto does not mention that anywhere in their documentation. Xmarto has been terrible to deal with during my experience purchasing from them. They claim to respond to issues within 24 hours but my issues with their cameras have gone on for months without any help from them besides repeating the same lines from their purchase sites, offering no actual information or assistance or even directly addressing my issues. I work with CCTV systems professionally and I can say without question that these products from Xmarto either have extremely poor quality control or they're advertising their products to have features that do not actually function which is illegal. Their wifi relay system also doesn't work at least it hasn't on any of the 4 systems I have purchased. So far I'm out a little over $2,000 in equipment from Xmarto and they are now simply ignoring my emails for help. Stay away buy from a brand that actually cares about their customers.

It worked then the power shut off and then all sudden I couldn’t get my NVR to pick it back up

In Network section of Xmarto NVR, under Camera Wifi Relay tab: Wifi relay should be turned on. Extender will appear - will automatically pair with NVR. If not, refresh wifi relay map after pressing and holding reset button on extender - but allow system time (1-3 minutes or so for NVR to locate the extender. Camera you want to be on extender needs to be seen in green (weak signal okay) in order for extender to pick it up and relay its signal. At first, I was frustrated as seemed as though extender wouldn't pick up the camera but allowing enough time for system to work its magic....having patience...paid dividends. Reliability with troublesome (weak signal) for this camera is now overcome with 99% reliability. I've seen one dropout (latest 2 minutes) in the past week. That's a huge improvement from 0 to 10% reliability. 5-stars.

Esta compra realizada o solicitada el 18 de noviembre y que se pago todo lo solicitado, me volvieron a hacer una deduccion de mi tarjeta a comienzos de dic 2023, lo que genero una incertidumbre de estafa via internet pues segun AMAZON ya estaba todo pago, e hice la reclamacion y me dijeron que hablara en el banco y me pude dar cuenta antes de cancelar mi tarjeta para evitar mas estafas que ustedes habian vuelto a cobrar el producto, he quedado con preocupacion puies cada vez que haya que cancelar por tarjeta deben de solicitar permiso de autorizxacion para estar atentos.

I have been a been an Xmart0 customer for several years. i have purchased two systems. While the tech support is via email, Erin and Amy have been very responsive. They are aprox 13 hours ahead of EST, but they almost always get back to me as soon as they return to work.The system is easy to install and the cameras are HD. Their pricing is fair and much more affordable than having a security company provide and install a system.Great experience!Tim C

I’m electronic illiterate and could not figure how to setup.

Bought this hoping to fix an intermittent low signal problem with one of our XMARTO cameras. I can get the repeater to connect to the NVR but cannot get the camera and or cameras, any of them (All XMARTO Brand) to connect to the repeater. I have sent multiple emails to XMARTO's customer service email that is provided and have received no response to any of them and since there is no number to call, really just SOL. Really disappointed with this brand which seems otherwise decent for the money other than if you have any issues good luck getting help!
