I see celery seeds in the ingredients; celery is "high fodmap" in all lists including monash - is the fody brand absolutely monash "low fodmap"?

Thank you for your question. All of our Fody Foods products are certified low FOPMAP. All of our ingredient quantities are Monash approved. Although some ingredients on their own are high FODMAP, we only use minimal quantities that are Monash approved. Thank you.

celery puree is not low fodmap - but this has celery puree?

I don’t know what label you’re looking at but, I don’t see celery purée in the ingredients of this product. I have eaten it myself and I was fine.
