Easy install
Looks very professional! Looks like a high-quality product. Please note, it does not come with the valve and drain assembly. You will need to purchase the Moen 9000 Widespread Lavatory Rough-In Valve with Drain Assembly Featuring M-PACT Technology separately. It's also available on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000T7Q6OI/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

So much better than expected - trim only, must get the rough-in kit too
At this price point, I really did NOT expect this trim kit / faucet to be as nice as it was. The pieces are heavy and the levers move nicely and give the sense of really, solid construction. The design has a modern / industrial feel to me and the fit is widespread. I needed a faucet that I could add a pop-up tooYou will need this rough-in kit. Don't forget it. At this moment, the valves cost more than the trim. Both are very good quality. This is the kit: "Moen 9000 Widespread Lavatory Rough-In Valve with Drain Assembly Featuring M-PACT Technology" Also, my sink (as you can see in the pictures) had no room for the normal plunger, so I found a nice Delta pop-up with overflow. It works well. All were installed with a plumber and all are working well. We had developed leaks in our old faucet and the stopper never worked because their was no room. The faucet was a no-name brand that had a modern look ... but oh boy, the leaks started under the sink and at the faucet. We have very hard water and some corrosion happening in the plumbing. This was the fix and we are dealing with corrosion as well as we can.

Modern, easy to clean
Bought this to match the shower trim kit for my son's bathroom. We were upgrading from the previous crystal ball shower trim and decided that having the matching sink faucet would pull the look together. The faucet is well made. My plumber brother recommends the moen line of fixtures. He installed it with a separately purchased valve since we were switching from a different brand of valve. The install went smoothly since he installed it ;) but I did install the shower kit by myself with no issues so I'm sure I could probably have figured this out as well. The look is very modern, clean and sleek but could also pull off more of an industrial vintage look. The finish is so smooth and easy to keep clen with just a quick wipe and buff with a towel. The high arching faucet makes it easy to wash hair in the sink as well as fill a night time water bottle. Will enjoy this faucet for years to come.

Installed today, pretty solid, couple small complaints
Liked the modern look of this faucet, ended up picking it over a similarly styled Delta faucet that was MUCH lower quality. Overall I really like this faucet... it has HEFT, which to me in a faucet or machined item is typically a sign of quality. It was much heavier than the Delta and just felt more substantial/quality.I didn't have the issues others had with install... aside from stupidly reversing the cold and hot valves it all went smoothly, and I was able to spot and fish the plunger without much issue. Given my under cabinet is open, though it is hard to get to the sink and spot the hole. Anyway, it was pretty easy to see with a headlamp on.That said, I did have a couple complaints.1) The BIGGEST issue I had is with the brace for the faucet's valve (note this is an issue with the valve package, NOT this faucet in particular). By brace I mean the bracket that goes underneath the counter and backs the bolt you screw up to hold the faucet in place. The brace comes in two parts... a 1" tall plastic base and a 1/8" thick metal plate that clips onto it. The instructions say to use just the plate if your counter is over 1/4", and the plate + base if your counter is under 1/4". The reason (I discovered) is that if you use the base with a thicker counter the holder ends up sitting in the way of the stems on the valves (making it difficult/impossible to hook up the water lines). The issue is that the instructions are wrong... my counter is exactly 1" thick, meaning I should just use the plate. However, when I did that I could not screw the bolt up high enough to secure the faucet. In short, there isn't enough thread on the faucet stem to run the bolt up high enough to firmly hold the faucet. I ended up with about 1/16"-1/8" of play. I was able to solve this by using my band saw to cut the plastic base down (60%), which gave me the perfect fit. Most people don't have band saws however, so this could be an issue.2) Securing the faucet head to the valve involves putting a very specific and long allen wrench with a pivot head down the backside of the faucet base. This in and of itself isn't hard. The issue is that many faucets have very little clearance behind them (wall, mirror, etc), and because you have to angle the allen wrench a little to get it in the wrench angles backward. If you do have narrow clearance on your faucet this can make securing it IMPOSSIBLE... the L end of the allen wrench ends up sticking out and getting blocked on the wall every time you come around. Again, I solved this by using my grinder to cut the allen wrench in half, which gave me just a "rod" that I could use in a tighter space. However, again, not everyone has a grinder on hand to cut a metal tool...3) The color... ugh. I like bushed metal, most of the brushed metal I buy is a pure or dark gray. However, this faucet has a DEFINITE hint of titanium or bronzish color. I have no idea why, but it's irritating... I really wish the faucet was just a typically brushed color (same as all other plumbing and accent materials). It's not horrible (I kept the faucet), just a pet peeve.4) The instructions could do with a little more wording... they aren't horrible, but you spend some time deciphering stuff that could easily be clarified with some text.

Beautiful faucet but HARD to install
We purchased this faucet from Amazon for a bathroom remodel. It is a beautiful, solid faucet, with no hint of cheapness. But it is hard to install. I have installed many faucets, but this was especially frustrating. Attaching the spout to the sink requires you to fish a long Hex key (supplied) through the lift-rod slot in the rear of the spout and then find the bolt by feel, as you cannot see what you are doing. This was an ordeal. Also, the area under the sink through which you must run the lift rod (for the pop-up drain) is very crowded—the supply hoses from the handles to the spout are right where the lift rod is supposed to be. After much effort, the supply lines still rub against the rod, making it impossible to close the drain plug completely. Bottom line: I would buy it again, but I wish the engineering were a more user friendly. Moen should take a page from Pfister’s book. Pfister faucets are engineered to be easy to install.

Useless without expensive valve sold separately
This is great looking but it’s ridiculous that it is sold without the valve. Buying the valve separately ends up doubling the price. There are several nearly identical options on amazon that include the valve and at a better price. We returned this because it wasn’t worth the price of the valve after paying for the faucet.

Yes, yes, oh yes!
I love this faucet!!! It's beautifully designed and well made. The taps have a good weighted feel when you use them. The water flow/pressure is nice. I had a plumber install this, so I can't speak to ease of install (though the plumber did not complain).IMPORTANT TO NOTE: This does not come with any actual plumbing vales (which is clearly stated in the description). This is only the fixtures for the faucet and taps. You will have to separately purchase, or already have, the appropriate Moen valves. Even with buying the valves, this was a great value for the look and quality of a new widespread faucet and taps compared to whatever else that I looked at.

Buyer Beware - This is only the TRIM kit - you need to buy the valve assembly kit
Although I gave this product a four star rating, buyers must be aware they need to buy the corresponding valve and drain assembly kit which costs another 110$ (Moen 9000 M-Pact Widespread Lavatory Rough-in Valve with Drain Assembly).I wished amazon would have made this clear on the initial product page so people know to order both things to save them time. Other than this, the faucet looks nice and works well.

Not the whole tap...
Great faucet, but it does not include the actual hookup plumbing pieces! I wondered why it was SO much cheaper than the store in Vancouver and when it arrived, I found out why. It doesn’t include the behind-the-scenes parts that make sure it’s super functional and installed right. So I bought that part at the store and all is good. Confusing but it worked out.

Great product. Installed it last year in the trailer and it’s worked beautifully. No leaks and it’s durable.
