I had it now for nearly 6 months ...
Very useful little oven.

Product is fine but no web-site support
The mini-oven works fine. There are a couple of points to highlight. Firstly, you do not know when the desired temperature has been reached. Secondly, the instruction booklet refers to a web-site to register the warranty, but that web-site does not exist; nor does the customer support email address.

Handy, single person oven
This is my second purchase of this oven. The first one was over two years old and still going strong, until I broke the door in a silly accident. An excellent little performer for the price. Reasonably fast pre heating, compact and easy to use. The only con is it's a little lightweight and so can move when you open/close the door or when adding or removing your food. Overall I love it and would recommend it.

Too light and slides when trying to open door, you need two hands just to open the door
I don’t like that when you open the oven you have to hold the oven with one hand whilst opening the door because it is too light and just slides across the unit

Very efficient
I use this for a range of cooking and find it it very effective, It is the ideal size for cooking for one and heats up quickly. I suspect it may be a bit hotter than the dial temperature but I've got used to compensating for that.

Takes a long time to cook
The only problem I have found is that it takes nearly twice as long to cook as expected

Not good value
Not good value for money. I know we have had this over a year but it hasn't been used every day (not even every week) and the door hinge has started to click and the door doesn't shut properly. I have emailed the Company asking if they can help but they say it is out of warranty and is not covered for mechanical damage and are not very helpful at all.

Not cost efficient, takes forever to use as a proper mini oven but would be perfect for student
