Good looking item, however I didn’t use this due to lack of WiFi connection at point of use. Return was easy. Thanks Amazon.

Easy to install and use. Picture quality is good as is looking back and downloading clips.The one complaint is response time from motion reaction to informing me someone is there. It can be anything from 10 seconds to a minute.Any chance if talking to a delivery person is zero. They come they ring, they may count to ten then they are off. You get notification 30 seconds later.I have returned home, taken my coat off and then received notification that I am at the door.All in all it seems other makes are the same.

Recorded activations available via the Swann ‘cloud’, have always found what I’m looking for. A very impressive security camera.The most important value with these cameras is whenever I access the app the real-time images are immediate despite the cameras placed under a porch and the shed more than 25 metres from the wifi extender.

These are great. Easy to install and connects to the phone via the app. Very good and clear picture and video. Would definitely buy more.

The battery life on these cameras is awesome

Ok if you don’t mind taking it down every few weeks to pair again plus does some strange things mind if it’s own then seems to correct itself , weird .

The cable shown on the Swann UK website is a single cable plugging straight into a power socket. The cable supplied is very short an splits into three (power, ethernet and reset button). I wanted to pass the cable though the wood trim round the garage so that all of the connections are kept dry inside the garage. Other people may wish to pass the cable through a wall but like me they would have to drill a 22mm hole to get the cables through.Also problems with registering product - verification email is not being sent by Swann after about 20 attempts in an hour.Customer Service to not answer phone - you are directed to voicemail but I haven't had a reply. I have also tried their email enquiry form but no response. I haven't been able to comment on how well the unit works because I can't get it registered and working

Fast shipping and very well packed, i like this product because it does not require subscription. Also good camera quality and set up was straight forward. Very good product for this price.
