It's really Magnesium. And it works!
This is my first experience with Magnesium. I bought it to use it as a fuse for Thermite reaction. Although I could get the Thermite reaction started for various reasons, this is absolutely Magnesium. It burns with such white light and such high temperature that I have shot the pictures through a welding glass.
