These work really well. The fact that they secure around the mask's straps/ear-loops prevents them from coming off and keeps your mask nice and secure. And they are very comfortable, and improve mask comfort a 1000%. Just to note, there is no elasticity or stretch in the straps. It's up to the mask to provide that. But I see that as a plus. The only negative is you have to take them and your mask off to adjust. It's nearly impossible to adjust while wearing. But once adjusted/sized properly, no adjustment is typically needed. So I recommend adjusting/sizing at home, and then wearing your mask around the house for an hour or two to make sure you have them adjusted well.And when COVID-19 finally comes to an end, THESE CAN BE REPURPOSED AS CABLE WRAP TIES. So that's a nice plus both in terms of saving money and not putting things into the waste stream.

Decent value in mask extenders, got me thru working height of COVID in a hospital, makes masks more positionable so your face and ears get less irritated when wearing for extended periods. These are less pricey, but I found the potential for Velcro to hook on hair and other items, and a lack of a way to "set" a position for reuse limited their convenience when compared to some other, more expensive options. The simplicity, however, makes them worth having as they can be repurposed for many fastening uses.

I use these to avoid having ear straps pull off my hearing aids, and they work great with one small exception - you cant get them off! The ends of the straps have a gentle curve so the end past the Velcro hooks section press slightly against the strap when fastened. This looks good (no snags) but is a problem. Trying to get ahold of the end while it's on the back of your head is a frustrating experience. After almost abandoning these items, I added small extensions to the tabs with black Gorilla tape. Now I can remove as easy as they go on.

After 4 years I have finally found a strap I can use behind my head to take the ear loops out from behind my ears when I'm wearing a mask. These straps are easy to use, very well designed and constructed, and very comfortable.

My ears will start to hurt after wearing a mask for a while mostly because a lot of them have tight elastic. I tried the hard plastic mask extenders and they work well, but are not always the most comfy and I have had a couple break. I tried these for when I have to travel for work and wear it all day on planes or in offices. These straps are the best! They are totally adjustable on both sides and allow me to wear a variety of masks more comfortabley. The KN95s that I have to wear in hospitals and I tend to wear on planes often are too tight because of the short elastic bands. These extenders allow me to wear them comfortably. I highly recommend these to save your ears and give you the most comfy fit!

Use these for chin straps with my CPAP mask. Works well,

As a physician, I wear a mask all day at work. Because of the importance of limiting any gaps between the mask and my face, over the last year I've used a variety of home made and repurposed straps to keep a tighter fit of my procedure masks (paper clips, buttons sewn on cloth, velcro cord management straps). These do the job better and more comfortably. I like that they allow adjustment to account for different lengths and flexibility of ear loops. They area soft material and don't scratch at my scalp like some of the repurposed velcro straps I've used. My only suggestion would be to make them a couple inches shorter to get a snugger fit of a typical ear loop type procedure mask.
