I haven't been able to get it to actually connect and show any poe ip cameras ? It scans and finds them just fine but i think im missing a step or something. Other than that I would consider it a great tool for the price. Ive used it to test cat5/6 and hd analog cameras quite a bit with great results! It has a ton of cool features ive yet to test so ill up date in a few more months.

The battery charge for my device doesn’t last very long. I’ll need to either replace the whole device or get a new battery.It would be a 5 star review otherwise.

Works. Would be nice to have a manual but you can figure it out pretty easily.

I'm new to the newer HD security cameras and used an analog AV monitor.. eventually I will invest in a better brand of unit. This IPC tester was more than I expected. Monitor could be brighter (especially when outdoors) but this unit powered up all the hard wired cameras to set in place and still had 3/4 power left! Picture crystal clear, monitor icons easy to use and navigate. Can't wait to hook up PTZ & IP cameras! For the price and someone like me, a beginner in this game....you can't go wrong...

i bought this to replace my poe spot tester for installing ip cameras and it ended up replacing 2 pieces of equipment. the wrist strap is a little clumsy, but the unit itself is great. the software for the ip cameras is pretty automated, and the network cabling tools it provides are great. definitely recommend this unit if you are looking for a low cost, high value cctv tester.

This device is great for testing analog and IP cameras and it has a lot more options. It worth the money.
