- MAIL DELIVERY - To activate your plan, click the link, check 'Buyer/Seller messages' under Message Center at .in/msg or check your registered email ID. Fulfilment will be done within 4 hours of ordering (No physical delivery)
- PURCHASE DETAILS - You can purchase the plan at the time of buying the product or within 6 months from the purchase date. You need to activate the plan within 30 days of plan purchase. This is not applicable for refurbished products.
- REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE - We guarantee that your device will be repaired and returned to you in a specified amount of time. Our free pick up and drop service is available across India. We offer a 100% cashless transaction and only use genuine spare parts for repairs. If we cannot repair the device within the committed time, we will give you a replacement.
- PLAN COVERAGE - Extended Warranty covers all the defects and malfunctions as covered in a standard manufacturer’s warranty. The coverage amount under the Onsitego Extended Warranty Plan is limited up to the invoice value of the device. It does not cover any physical or accidental damage, accessories and consumables like battery, wires, plastic parts, etc, or any servicing, not authorised by the manufacturer.
