Just the perfect balance of softness and support . Very luxurious. Will definitely buy more.

Flat in minutes
If you love down fill then you may like this but probably won't love it. Truly goes flat as a pancake in minutes and hard to fluff back up. You can feel it flatten as you lay your head in it and it doesn't stop until it's flat & hard. I have a king size and even bought a queen size pillow protector to try and keep it a little fluffed. Nope. I really really wanted to live this as I live Marriott pillows in person.

Was pretty disappointed with this pillow, which was relatively flat. I did try fluffing it but it goes flat again after short use. Had to return
