I only buy this Formula 303 from Amazon because it’s the only place I can find it. This was recommended to me by my naturopath Dr for sleep, anxiety, tummy issues, etc.This vitamin helps me relax to sleep without taking a prescription, which I hate!The price is great on Amazon compared to one other place I found it.This does not make me feel groggy the next day.

This product works very well for me. Helps to relax and go to sleep. No after effects in the morning.

Helps deter moms anxiety attacks during the day. She's 94 takes 3 tablets at once one or twice a day as needed. I include small amounts of powdered inositol, Gaba, niacin, magnesium and vitamin c. But at sundown is not as effective and then she needs prescription xanax less than .5 mg.

I was taking this in the morning only and not getting any relief. I started taking a few in the morning, lunch time and afternoon (you know, like the instructions say to do) and I received some relief. My muscles stopped aching and the soreness went away. I haven't had any side effects like I did with muscle relaxers. Not sure if these really work or if it's a mind game but, I don't care either, as long as I get the sensation of stress and soreness relief. Words cannot prepare you for how bad these pills stink. After you wake up from being knocked unconscious from the smell the first time you open the bottle (kidding), you will not get used to the smell no matter what anyone says. But again, the product appears to work so I deal with the smell.

I have to take 3-4 of them to notice a difference. However, as someone who suffers from neck pain and migraines, several of these and a coffee are helping me take less prescription medication which is a huge win! PS: they smell terrible, that is normal so don't be alarmed. :)

It works! Helps reduce and get rid of muscle cramps, this product also helps me sleep better.
