Sleek looking and easy to use, brushed gold provides a nice update to our otherwise outdated bathroom. Priced well. The water flow is really strong but adjusts easily with the lever style handle. Install was easy - flexible tubing easily attached to the water valves. Took 5 minutes max.

Excellent and beautiful product for a fair price. It works softly, silently and easy. Perfect control of jets and mix. The stop train works great too.

I got 6 of them replace most of the old faucets in the bathrooms throughout the house, use two of them everyday. They holds up very well, no leaks and other issues. The water flow is great and it shoots out at an angle, unlike many other faucets that shoots the water straight down. It is a little loud when it is on but it does not both us at all. The install is very easy.

Love it! Easy to install and great quality

The faucet looks and works great - easy to install - seems well made. However, the pop-up drain that comes with it is set up for a double hull (overflow) sink and as such it didn't work for my single hull glass sink bowl. The throat of the pop-up is too deep to allow for a thinner single hull sink.

I have this for 2 years. The water flow started to weaken and wanted to fix it. I hope this helps other people. Stuff like this should be included in the instructions. 1) I tried soaking it in vinegar but that is useless because the aerator is inside and its pretty small. Do not waste your time on that for this model. 2) Next is, how to remove the aerator to clean/ replace it. It doesn't look like it because the seam is not visible, but you have to twist the tip to your left (lefty loosey) and it will come out. I used an old rag/ sock and wrench. 3) I contacted the seller to see if I can get a replacement aerator. I will update if I get it. There are some suggestions in the Rufus section, but I don't know for sure they will work without buying it first. Update: messaged the seller and they sent a handful of replacement filters. Easily replaced with the new filters and water flow is like new.

Good looking but....challenging to install then became disconnected and dumped tons of water before I reached water cutoff. I spent twice as much to buy a brand name and will not be going for the cheap knock offs for anything related to water in the future. The brand name was much easier to install and without any water related complications. The money is worth not destroying the rest of my house.

Product looks neat and nice but as soon as the technician installed it it started leaking and cause a bigger issue in my bathroom.
