South Park: Season 16

South Park is one of my most favorite shows! It was one that pushed everyone’s buttons and touched on several issues throughout the years and fast became in pace with the Simpsons. Trey Parker and Matt Stone created such an incredible series that I own every season that’s out so far. This adult themed animation series is worth every penny to snag complete seasons from Amazon even if you buy for streaming purposes. My reviews for every season I have purchased from Amazon will be the same. I’m including images from each seasons disc as the differences. Amazon does have excellent prices on the seasons compared to other retailers

I Bought every season when i was little and sold every season for the next season im building my seasons back up and got about half them back slowly working on completing them with old box look and all. This season i watched tv and was a great season zipline cracked me up cartmen token episode cracked me up And love hearing commentary from matt and trey cant wait hear what got say. All i have to say is southpark is original and hope it keeps airing even after matt and trey die let someone else they know keep show good and keep it going FOREVER! its just that good

South Park is hilarious!! I've now been able to complete my collection.

Simpson's and other show's have nothing on South Park! They hit every current situation spot on, with the best comedy ever! The character's rule! You must complete the whole series! You will be rolling with tears laughing, if you have humor and understand current events!

I have been watching South Park for a VERY long time (I even have a South Park Sticker book, yeah remember those - the books that are like cardboard with a smooth surface and have reusable stickers so you can make the images). About mid-way through the show I started buying the seasons so that I could keep watching the fun whenever I wanted. I just bought South Park Season 16 to add to my collection. I always buy the newest season as soon as it comes out and this was no different. I did view the episodes as they aired and I do agree this is not their best season, even season 15 was a little iffy. However, it's South Park and it has been going for 17 seasons now! That is 17+ years of hard work and dedication to this show. Give Matt and Trey a little slack they have also produced a Broadway musical on top of doing South Park. Even The Simpsons are starting to slide down hill - you can only go on for so long. And does no one remember their 6 days to air documentary? They only have 6 days to come up with an entire episode that is perfect, they have set backs and have to redo things - or Comedy Central refuses to air something in the episode so edits are needed. To be able to produce an entire episode in 6 days on top of everything else that they now have going on is probably not the easiest job in the world by far. I know some people have brought up in previous reviews the fact that the price has dropped from $40+ to around $20-30 - for one this is Amazon and the price goes up and down - Walmart has this for almost $40.00. Just because the price has come down does not mean that the show is not good. I also pre-ordered at the same time the newest volume of American Dad which the price of that has come down too and was only around $20 as well but the show is still great. It all depends on where you buy from and all the other economic factors, some places it's just going to be a better deal. I saw another review on here that picked the season apart episode by episode - yeah there are a lot of us die-hard fans that have been watching for years that were disappointed in this newest season - but it's still South Park and it's still great in its own way and always will be. And if you are a fan you will want this season and you will find a glimmer of something special in it. I am bracing myself for the end of this show though as season 17 will only be 10 episodes, 4 shorter than all the other seasons - that says to me that we are nearing the end of the crazy adventures and shenanigans of the four 4th graders in the small mountain town of South Park that we have grown to adore. I also heard that they were only contracted for a few more after season 14 and should only be going to 18 seasons. I feel that even with a little slip here at the end it has been a great ride and not many shows get to say they have gotten to air this long. I will watch to the end and buy the remaining seasons as they become available -I also hope for 1 last movie :) Please don't take all the negative reviews to heart. If you love South Park then even at its worst you will find something special and enjoy it. There is always at least 1 episode in a season that makes it worth it.

TV: MA While it does not raise the bar, it helps in explaining how the bar got so low to start with. This show has been around for so long that any description here will do it wrong. If one as a fan of South Park, or at the very least Eric Cartman or Kenny McCormick, then you are doing yourself a disservice by not buying this. The added mini-commentaries are worth it just to get a glimpse behind the brilliance of Matt and Trey. Plus there's more of the whole in South Park with deleted scenes. Measured against the disappointment from the upcoming "Stick of Truth" -- all mistrust in Ubisoft (UbiS*it) and its (lack of) production values, this season is refreshing and reminds one that no matter how s*it adds up or crappy things get, there is always another perception and something to make one laugh.

This season of South Park includes some pretty funny episodes. Even though the overall quality and humor of the shows is not the same as it used to be, this season still provides funny moments. Personally, I own all 16 seasons on DVD and recommend this season to any true or casual fan. The bonus features do include deleted scenes, which is not included in all seasons. The DVD is reasonably priced as well. Overall, great seasons and I strongly recommend to any fan.

Ist gut ist halt South Park immer wider witzig manchmal zum Kopfschütteln und manchmal ziemlich unter der Gürtellinie.Also bekommen Fans das was Sie wollen.Viele Stunden Unterhaltung zu einem guten Preis.Ich mag die Serie und kann über den Humor lachen aber das schaut sich eh nur jemand an der die Serie mag und Fan ist.Warnung die Serie ist absolut NICHTS für Kinder.Trotzdem sehr gute Serie und in den vorligenden Staffeln gut weitergeführt.Für mich eine Empfelung für alle die South Park mögen
