Good for Vanlife.
These panels are awesome. They out put as advertised and are very easy to work with. they can deal with up to 85 MPH highway speed for serval hundred miles. they tanked a light hail storm with no issues. These are 100% good to go. they are nice and rigid and will fit in a roof rack using 80/20 aluminum extrusions. If you need wattage on your van build this is what you want to go with. I run a 12v fridge, work labtop, gaming labtop, 4kw inverter, lights, fan, a ton of stuff. I can run a 5000 BTU AC unit off nothing but the noon sun on a clear summer day. These will keep the lights on.

Huge shout out to Renogy! Tough and outperforms.
At first I was really bummed, footprints all over the box, torn box and the box is clearly marked no step, fragile, etc. I thought for sure the panel was going to be trashed (Thanks UPS, grrr).... I pulled it out and did as thorough examination for physical damage and saw none. Did a quick voltage test with the panel laying against the shop and all seemed ok. Mounted it up on my shed with Z-brackets, rubber washer style hex self drilling fasteners and lay on, solid copper tin-plated grounds to the frame of the panels with 1/4 inch stainless steel button head cap screws (BHCS) and a stainless nut backer with a star washer. I also used a little 120 grit sandpaper and wd40 to make sure the anodization was off on both side of the frame. The Renogy panels DO NOT come with ground hardware, more than likely due to (How the heck do we know how you're going to mount this?) and was not unexpected. I had some 10 ga MC4 connectors and cable that made it into the far side of the shed. Why did I not mount it closer? For easier expansion of course! From their into the shed via a waterproof box, then down to 60A/1000V breaker, then routed the cables out through a waterproof pull box, from there, used schedule 80 to 18" below grade and back up to penetrate the shop. Then onto a 3/4" backboard and into a Victron 100/50 Smart Controller. @ 2:45 PM once the clouds broke for a minute or two I saw 236 watts!!!!! That's through 50'+ of tin plated copper10ga (6mm2) cable and a disconnect! Pretty impressive! Of course I live in Colorado at 5800' +, the sun here is wicked, and It's July first but it in my mind a 200w panel that can be beat to death by UPS and still put out 236W in the early afternoon, is a freakin winner.

Seems to work great
Nice high quality solar panel. Seems to work great. Been using it for about a month and it’s great.

Worth paying the price for Quality
It's been 4 months after my installation of two additional 200 watt solar panels giving me a total of 600 watts. Connecting the solar array of three panels in series was easy. Quality exceeded my expectations.I am pulling up to 59 volts and up to 9 amps going to my solar charger controller, almost 30 amps charging my lithium batteries! I am now getting up to 480 watts out of possible 600 watts and that's with panels laying flat on the motorhome roof. I can't wait to see close to 600 watts when I tilt the panels.

Good so far, very difficult to get them to ship on time
The panels (5-stars) work well...when......they actually get around to shipping them to you. I've eeduced 2-stars because of the aggravation with shipping. The vendor/Amazon will claim that the item has shipped, for weeks, but the truth is revealed as UPS (the record of truth) always denies receiving the the item(s). You may get the item in 3 weeks. This situation is worse if the panels are on sale (10% off, etc) - even longer transit times. You may get the item in a month or more.So the panels are very good but shipping games are terrible. Also, the vendor hasn't figured out how to use packing tape (say 3-4 8" pieces), so that their overall good packaging won't pop open - with damaged items eventually arriving. To be fair, they will provide you with a UPS label to send them back. This is good. Those responsible for these Renogy fulfillment blunders should be replaced, yielding more profit for Renogy and more satisfied customers that spread the word.I am ready to buy 6-7 more of these 200W panels, but...what further headaches will I be dealing with?It is amazing how some of these companies manage to make a profit. This isn't rocket science! One smart person put in charge of fulfilling orders, and like magic, business would improve a lot.I will update this review when I attempt this drawn-out journey again.Update 10/4/24:This last panel ordered arrived quickly and in a nice new sturdy box. See what happens when the smart people get involved. Adding one more point!

Arrived in good condition and is producing power
he panel arrived well-packaged and was paired with a Bluetti AC180. I'm not sure how many watts this panel is supposed to produce, as I don't know much about solar efficiencies, but it only produced 130 watts on a sunny day in Florida. To be fair, it will charge the Bluetti during the day if your plan is to charge it while the sun is out and use the stored power at night. However, if you're also using the Bluetti during the day—even with a small load—you may need at least one more panel to keep it fully charged for nighttime use.Remember, the effective charging power going to the battery is calculated as:Solar panel output (watts) – Power usage (watts) = Net charging power. So in my case, if I’m running an 85-watt refrigerator during the day and the panel is producing 130 watts, only 45 watts are actually going toward charging the battery for nighttime use.

Portable refrigerator
I put the 200w panel on top of my small homebuilt teardrop trailer. I paired it with a 40ah battery and charge controller to run my portable 12v refrigerator. This panel alone is almost good enough to keep the portable fridge running perpetually, but cloudy days get in the way of that dream.
