Has anyone used this in frosting? Does it work?

It’s great for frosting. I am a cake decorator. It doesn’t leave the greasy feeling in your mouth like regular shortening does.

How many oz is this when heated to liquid form?

I have always measured it out in weight ounces for cold process soap and melted it down for soaping. No problems in the recipes so the correlation is appropriate.

Can this product be used for deep frying?

I fry foods in this all the time. I pan fry but I can not see a reason you couldn't deep fry. This oil have neutral taste and high smoke point.
