Practical Guide to Psychic Self-Defense and Well-Being Paperback – January 1, 1988

A good book with great knowledge for people knew to this area of study. However, if you’ve been doing this for years and you already know visualization then other than filling in some gaps you may have you might want to skip this book. The ‘Tower of Light’ is great and I can see why people say this is the only real benefit, but they miss the little information given in the book. We’re so used to looking at the big picture that we forget that it’s the small pieces that make the big picture possible. This is true in all area’s of life.

Very informative and easy to understand. Highly recommended.
