YES!
First of all, there are many cheaper chargers which I cannot trust as they don't have reviews in India.Secondly, this charger is just good and easy-to-use.Just clamp the terminals, plug into AC socket and turn the switch on. Easy as that. Build quality is decent and it has its own cooling system. I think it is value for money.

Black & Decker works well but LED display screen is not informative.
Black & Decker is of course one of the top power tool manufacturers in the World. As such, this product seems to do a good job. One draw back though, is that the LED display panel is not very informative. Apart from simply displaying the selected options, it does not display anything else i.e. battery temperature, suplhation % etc. I tried using different power setting (higher amps) for the charging but this charger seems to totally ignore the setting. That said, as the attached photos suggest, this charger does seem to be doing a good job of charging my 4-year old 150Ah battery. When the charger displayed "FUL", the battery voltage was 13.74 (the invertor volt meter is displaying 12.5 which is okay because that reading is after the invertor itself has drawn power for its own use). After disconnecting the charger, the battery voltage reading settled to 13.56V which is absolutely correct for a 12V battery and indicates a full charge.Notes:1. I use the Black & Decker as a separate stand-alone charger for the battery.2. I use a 2000 Watt sine-wave car invertor instead of regular invertor because I found that regular invertors eventually destroy the battery. Car invertors don't have a built in charger.3. Using a timer and a couple of relays I created a system that auto-connect the battery and charge it 3-times a day for approx 60 minutes each. (1st three years of battery life, I charged it only once a day). After charging, the system I setup auto disconnects the battery from everything thus eliminating excess drain on the battery. Also, without the charge-discharge cycle going on through out the day, the battery stays cool and also keeps suplhation to the minimal. When I need power backup, I manually switch on the invertor.4. An invertor battery will rarely last beyond 5 years. In fact, even with good maintenance, the battery degrades by 3rd year and begins to lose charge quickly. You can delay the process by using a good charger with a built-in desuplhation. Again, max battery life is around 5 years but good maintenance will give you good backup results.

Brings up batteries that are completely dead
This charger works perfectly in recharging a battery that's completely dead (as long as the cells are healthy)Very simple and intuitive UI indicates the charging status, charging current in Amps and battery status.Tested on both my car (45 Ah) and bike (9 Ah) batteries and supports even the bigger 100 Ah battery (didnt test) that were drained to the point where the engine wouldn't crank. Certainly a lot quicker (4 to 5 times faster) than my previous B&D charger. The only con is the high price tag, but the feature set and functionality definitely makes up for this.

Product is good!
Very good product. Keeps brand value.Battery life : Not Applicable. Does not have battery. Its a battery charger, uses electricity from Mains 220V.Only thing I dislike about Black+Decker is packaging.Packaging is not appropriate. No thermocole /foam inside cardboard box.. how will product bear logistics shocks and damage.. I was surprised to see product was not broken. In general, Black+Decker products are not properly packed. This I am saying having bought several of this brand products.. Other brands are much more cautious in packaging. Dont save petty costs Black and Decker !!Product is good, Go for it.. No second thoughts.

OVER RIDES THE BATTERY DOWN PROBLEM UP TO 25AMP BATTERIES-SCOOTER,BIKE,CAR ETC
LIKE:Built up is solid packing is good, working satisfactory:Parking your scooter, bike, car for more number days (out of station, sick, traveling ,nothing to do relaxing etc),need not to worry about battery down.As you connect shows the present voltage and starts charging, all autometic.when it is fully charged shows full. All your button press start or cranking problems of vehicles solved.Dislike;present model is up to 25amp limit is 12v ,should have given more 24v.

NOT USEFULL AND NOT WORTHY
It is not useful, Simple charger with some display and colors. Please do not get into trap of advertisements. It is not worth more than 500 rupees but charging 6000 rupees. It cannot revive any dead battery , neither it charges the big battery nor increase the specific gravity of low battery. Never buy it.I do not know how 71 people gave it 4 star. Amazone should ban this seller.

Good product. Value for money
After few months of usage - a good charger that works well. For the price I got, it was a lot cheaper compared to the Bosch charger and had more features in it (e.g. smart charging, desulfating).FYI - the first one I bought was defective ("desulfating" works only when the default "voltage mode" is selected). This was a replacement, which works well.
