Good screen, clear and big text
Medium size watch, its a Casio so you know its goona work. 10 year battery, for what is worth. The screen is good, easy to read the numbers,Maybe the easiest to read medium Casio screen I know of, good thing if you dont like small numbers. 100M water proof, meaning you can go swimming with it. Basic funktions like alarm, stop watch and a world watch time. The alarm sound its pretty low, but for a alarm clock I use my iphone. The strap is ok, but for all my Casio`s I change to a Natostrap for personal preference. Its a Casio, its cheap but good quality, you know your`e goona like it :)

Good
Great watch, I bought 2 as a gift, my father and father-in-law loved it, it just doesn't come in a box, it comes in a plastic bag, so I bought a box to put it in. I believe there could be the option with or without a box, but the product is good.

Nice looking watch
Good display and range of modes. Alarm not as loud as I remember from this kind of watch, but maybe that's just my memory and hearing depleting! Good value for money. Five stars!

Happy to give this 5 stars. Just what I wanted / needed
I had stopped wearing a watch years ago, probably even before I got my first mobile phone, and certainly after I got my first smart phone. I mean a smart phone does all that a watch does and much more, right? But over time (pardon the pun) I found that I was getting irritated having to drag the phone out of my pocket and unlock it, just to find out the time. And especially (have you noticed?) there seem to be fewer and fewer public clocks around nowadays, compared to when I was growing up (or even, say, 10-20 years ago). Even post offices no longer have one, even if you can find a proper post office).Anyway, in many situations, the inconvenience of having to get your phone out, and then unlock it, does not compare to the convenience of just being able to glance down to your wrist.I don't really need the stopwatch function, or even the alarm. One thing that I would quite like, which this doesn't do (the alarm function doesn't quite cover it) would be a simple timer that you could set to go off in so many minutes (like an egg timer), but I can live without that (or use my phone).Interestingly, I never thought of these as "retro" watches. They still seem "modern" to me! (Sign of age, obviously). Curiously, digital watches don't really seem to be in vogue nowadays. Everyone I see seems to wear an analogue (obviously a modern analogue, battery-powered and using quartz, no doubt, but with analogue hands). I quite like analogue as well, but on balance, I felt I needed digital, and other than Casio, I couldn't see many other candidates, certainly not at this price.I haven't tested, and don't really need, the waterproof feature, so have not rated that.Edit: 30.08.2019 I suppose I should have added that it seems to keep good time. I synchronised it with a "world time clock" website, and also my computer which is synchronised via ntp from NPL a few days ago, and it's still within 2 seconds of that. I'll keep an eye on it.Edit: 03.09.2019: Over 2 or 3 days, it might have lost a second or so, compared with e.g. "timeandddate.com" but that's not bad.Edit: 12.09.2019: Checked today and it had lost 5 seconds in 9 days, so a bit less than a second a day.
