Student - Educational Classic World globe, Blue Ocean, Raised Relief feature, including a bonus map, made in USA, 12"/30cm diameter

Excellent Quality, my homeschool student loves studying the globe. It is great with the textures to show mountain ranges. The colors, boarders, ocean streams, everything is clearly marked and engaging. Great purchase. Flat double sided map is great as well. **One point to make is it labels the Gulf of America as the Gulf of Mexico on the globe and map.**

My daughter is home schooling her children and I wanted to use a globe to help teach my grandchildren some basic geography. I prefer to buy “Made in America” whenever possible as I am well aware of the lack of quality control in many of the manufactured products made in China. In addition, globes made in China reflect the world as the Chinese see it – not as it is. Therefore, when it came time to purchase the grandkids’ globe, I chose to go with Replogle – “America’s Trusted Globe Manufacture.” This company has been in the Midwest since its inception in 1930 and claim that 99% of “Replogle globes are hand-crafted in America.” When I opened the package and saw that the lines of latitude and longitude were not aligned on the Student-Educational Classic World Globe. I sent an email to Replogle with a couple of pictures showing the lack of alignment. Almost immediately the COO responded. He agreed that the “quality of the globe is not Replogle acceptable” and offered “get a replacement globe shipped today.” I was so impressed with Replogle’s response that I offered to upgrade to another globe and ended up getting the Adams globe. I could not be more pleased with the quality of the Adams globe and the interaction with Replogle’s COO. If you’re going to purchase a globe, I highly recommend getting one from Replogle – buy American!

Excellent earth globe. Has lots of places named on it! Like the way it looks and is made! The colors look really nice of the globe!

First glance it seems like a high quality but affordable globe, it's topo graphed/etched to make the feeling of mountains. The product is made in USA, it's got a high quality stand, it can be spun easily, the map geography is all correct and named correctly. I'm taking one star off because of the fitting of the top piece not being aligned correctly i had to do a little work on it to make it fit, overall my nephew loves it and he's been having fun learning about geography and various of places. Definitely recommended

Our 11-yr-old grandson was excited to receive this globe for Christmas! It has raised topography.

I had a globe like this when I was a kid so I bought 2 of em 4 my daughters 4 Christmas this year (9 &14). Just like mine was, u can feel the mountain ranges which is really neat. We actually spent a couple hours playing a geography search game together on Christmas day. I would tell them a place & they would race 2 find it, it was good quality time together & it was fun teaching them how vast our planet really is. Anywho, very nice globe @ a decent price.

I upgraded to this 12-in model from my old 9-in diameter Replogle globe. With 78% more surface area, the thousands of listed locations are so easy to read compared to my last globe, and I love how you can feel the topography of the mountain ranges. Now, whenever my 9-year-old daughter has a question about geography, I just show her on the globe. Additionally, I love how this particular model has all of the US states listed as well, which you don't find on every globe.

I purchased and returned it as was a little disappointed. It's a political globe/map, not a geographical. Raised relief feature is on a small scale and among of the other information. Having the reliefs makes it just messy hard to even place and name them since it's a small scale with a lot of other information. No! reliefs must be on a georgical map only.
