Good value and durable
This was very easy to apply. It is very thin so 5 gal was way more than I needed. I put 3 coats on and it looks great. It is just the right amount of shine. I put it over Behr Interior/exterior concrete & garage self-priming 1-part epoxy floor paint that I put flakes on. I really think it is going to hold up well. Clean up was easy. I did have to do the floor in 3 separate parts as I didn't have enough room to move everything out of the room at one time. I pulled everything away from the walls and did a 3 foot wide swath all the way around. Then move it back and crammed the rest on one half of the floor. Did that side then moved it all over to the finished side and coated the rest of the floor. I tell you this because it blends in very well. You can't tell where I stopped and started by doing it this way.

Not tough or worth the time and $
I am not impressed by the line of products. I followed every instruction to the letter ! Oil spot remover, acid etch, primer, paint and this coating. I spots that had no oil or foot traffic the paint chipped up. It is. NOT tough. The name epoxy seal makes you think it's a tough epoxy like some other 2 part epoxy that the competitors have. Just moving stuff around in my shop have already scraped off the clear sealant and even the paint back down to bare concrete ! I wish I would have listened to the guy who wrote a similar review like mine, but he was the only negative one so I wondered if it was just him. It wasn't. U less this is going in your unfinished basement and all you will have is foot traffic, but the real 2 part epoxy flooring. The only thing I can say is that when I was just done it looked good, but didn't hold up. Oh and none of the sq. foot calculations were right. Some too little and some were a little closer. I needed double the acid etch and a gallon more of the primer. The rest were close enoigh
