I am positively delighted with the quality of this engraving for the trophy we got for our grandsons upcoming performance! I cut the included attachment tape into 3 pieces. Then placed 1 piece on each end and 1 piece in the middle. It holds the engraving very securely to the trophy. Be careful when you cut the tape to make sure the edge of the tape isn't exposed. I thought it came with a 2" piece of tape. But one after cutting holds it well. Seller could have earned 5 stars with the advertised length of mountibg tape. Excellent quality on the engraving, and the plate was thicker than expected, again good quality! Overall great value and fast turnaround! Thank you!

Originally ordered a plate for a military shadow box that included three full lines of text and icons on either end. Finished product ended up WAY too “busy”, with the pitch too tiny to read and the alignment of the text with the icons turning out differently (bad) than it looks on the amazon site. Giving the seller FIVE STARS because, although they state on their advertisement that customized products are not returnable, they worked with me to remake a plate that I can actually use. They were responsive and professional, acknowledged the limitations working through an online venue presents, and made a quick turnaround with my re-ordered (less text and no icons) plate. Received the new-and-improved plate today and it looks great! See photos. Recommend keeping your customization simple and not expecting to fill all the available space, because it will NOT turn out like the illustration on the amazon site. No one’s fault, just a limitation of technology. I’m just glad they made it right and worked with me. Would buy from this *USA* company again!

I ordered a number of name plates and when they arrived, the names engraved were of all sizes. I contacted the seller, and they promptly sent me a new set of name plates that all had the correct size font on the engravings. It’s rare these days to find a seller who makes good on their error, but this company did, and did so very quickly! BTW The name plates look great
