Very fast shipment, it fit perfectly , I had plenty in the past but nothing like this, it really does the job as you sweat a lot and burn fats. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to either loose belly fat or tone the abdomen.

I'd read all the reviews & asked questions before buying this & my instinct was go smaller but my reasoning said the actual size that fits me along with question I asked which was what "which size do I buy the size which is recommended or the one that fits " & the answer I got was the one that fots otherwise it'd be to small ( fair enough makes sense ). So I buy the one that fits & it does until you start sweating then it starts to slip , so I've bought another next size down so if push comes to shuff & not doing to much exercise the bigger one can be used as a back up !So what I'm trying to say is my personal recommendation is go smaller which some else recommended in another review but this is just my own personal opinion !Just one more thing each belt has three different width settings !

So I’m familiar with these waist trainer belts. My wife and I have used these before to great effect. This particular brand is very comfortable and easy to put on. My mistake was ordering the exact size. The golden rule with waist trainer belts is to usually order at least 1 to 2 sizes down from what you currently are. I totally forgot to do that when I placed my order.Other than that it arrived next day and the build quality is very good and sturdy. I would recommend wearing these over a thin vest or a sweat absorbing sports garment as the sweat usually irritates your skin. Wear it from morning until bedtime. They are washable as they tend to smell after a while.Just wear the trainer under your clothes and get on with the rest of your day!

Third of these waist trainers I've tried and this one is my favourite. The others were bought from other vendors and the quality was less superior than this one. I've managed to fit into shirts that I haven't worn for a while because of my beer belly. The product feels durable and sturdy and the width of it is almost perfect. I say "almost" because I have a short torso so it goes down to my pubic area a bit but it's not the supplier's fault.

I found the waist trainer to be effective and it gave me results within a month of use. The product is amazing, very comfortable and I am able to wear this while I go for a run and exercise. The product quality is brilliant and please do not mistake this for a corset as the material expands as well as Remaining tight at the same time. It is suitable for long term use, I have not experienced any health implications so far. The product was delivered fast and efficiently. A very satisfied customer

After wearing the product daily for a couple of weeks it the metal rods in it have started to protrude from the material at the front either side of the fastenings. This has led to it being to uncomfortable to wear and leaving marks on the hips. The material at the end of where the bars are seems like it would benefit from being thicker and reinforced. It has left me with an uncomfortable and almost unusable product unfortunately. The positive about the item prior to breaking is that it does hide/compress my sides (love handles) but doesn’t seem to do a lot for compressing the front. Ideally this product is best worn over a thin under layer type t-shirt to try and prevent as much sweating and irritation. It does however mean that if the top is a smooth fabric it is prone to slide. I feel the item would benefit from some further development and is probably better for those that stay largely in one position to limited movement of the item.

The product is great! Very high quality and comfy. Definitely can feel it working on my waist as I have been on a health kick and have currently lost 3 stone in weight, however just wanted something to focus on shifting remaining weight from the waist. This is perfect and I cannot fault it. The delivery was prompt and I appreciated the simplicity of your packaging as oppose to some other products which try to pretend they are the miracle answer. The ONLY thing I would suggest is that you order a size smaller. I am usually a size M, however after reading other reviews which kept saying to order a smaller size, I decided to get a size S. I am thankful for doing this as I feel an M wouldn’t have the same affect as it would be too big. So it’s amazing and will do the job it’s designed for.. just order one size smaller!

Lack of communication and size confusion for a first time buyer of this sort of product if you are say a size 34 waist your gonna wanna buy the next size down from that or the next size down from that
