Like other mechanics were trying to tell me… Tungsten bucking bars transmit significantly less vibration than their lower cost iron counterparts. If you need to perform a lot of riveting it’s worth the price.By the way tungsten bucking Barrs are easier to hold steady and produce better work in tight places where the extra mass of a small tungsten bar will perform like the larger mass of an iron bar that would not fit in a tight area.

It’s small, it’s heavy and it’s hard. Really what more do you need to know? I like the 45* face. It makes it easier to hold and tucks nicely into odd corners. I’ve used it to buck a few hundred structural aluminum rivets (#21 up to 3/4) with a 3x gun and it’s so much easier than with my old steel bar. In fact my old bar really couldn’t handle 3/4 even with the gun up to max pressure. This bar makes it easy.

Good size for tight corners, saves your hands from hurting when bucking, just tape your comers to keep from damaging any airframe areas.

You get what is advertised, it is smooth, polished and ready right out of the box. Buy it if you do a lot of riveting in tight places!

I really like the bar, just wish it wasn’t so costly.

I am very pleased with tungsten bar .,kinda expensive but well worth the extra money.
