Easy to install and use.
This touchscreen monitor was immediately picked up by my Windows 11 Desktop and works perfectly. I bought this to replace an old Dell touchscreen and I will say that this monitor is much easier to use and configure.

Touch screen did not work
It was a beautiful monitor. However it was not a plug and play touch screen. We tried finding drivers but could not get it to work as a touch screen. It did work with a mouse. Sad it didn't work for my POS system.

Perfect for a POS system
This monitor is the perfect size for a POS system. The articulating stand works great, and can position the screen for easy viewing & access, without obstructing the view of customers. It is plenty bright enough, with good contrast & resolution.

This was a perfect addition to our summer cafe outlet. It was exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend this monitor for your basic POS needs.

Junk, did not last long at all, won't turn on.
Purchased Monitor on April 22, 2024 (Installed in early May) and it completely died and quit working on July 31st.

Good product
I bought it for pos system and it works well and better than I expected. I recommend this product if anyone wanted building pos system on their own.

Unable to align
Could not fine any software or built in alignment system. Touch screen has never worked properly
