It fit my telescoping flag pole.

The media could not be loaded. Bought May of 23, used Memorial Day and 4th of July when we camp in our pop up. This year I trouble removing it from the Flag pole. The ball spun on the shaft requiring pliers to remove it. Still looks good go but after only 5 uses it has failed. I realize this is probably intended for permanent installation but I need something more resilient.

What can I say, it's a Flag Pole Ball Topper , color is gold and made of aluminum and has a 1/2"-13UNC threading . It can't rust and only time will tell how long the gold color will last. In Texas, the sun is hot and I have had this topper om my pole about 5 month's. It still shines and looks great ! Now for the price, you can't go wrong and with AMAZON PRIME the shipping was free !!! A+++

Believe it or not, my previous flag pole ball got blown off by the wind. I looked all over the neighborhood for it, but to no avail. When I found this ball on Amazon I figured it would do the trick as a replacement. Well guess what, it fit perfectly and was of better quality than the ball that came with the flag pole. A very nice item of very good quality.

The quality of the item, for the price, was definitely better than the cheap plastic ones. However, as soon as I started to install it, it immediately started cross threading. I checked the specs before purchasing and it was the right size, it apparently just doesn’t work with my telescoping flagpole. This one is longer than the one that came with the flagpole, which is what I needed in order to install a solar light, so it’s too bad it didn’t work out.
