Bought them for some Demonia wedge sneakers That were one size bigger than my normal size. It worked out perfect and felt so good. I ordered another pack So I could add them to another pair of shoes.

Got a pair of high-quality Sofft brand dress sandals with adjustable straps and a nice, stable 2" heel, but also problem feet - wide, flat, but narrow heels - so even these are hard to wear for any extended time. I use customized arch supports inside closed shoes, but since that's not an option here, I am giving these a try. Arch support is surprisingly good, much better than anything else ready-made for a sandal that I've seen, and the price is right. In addition to supporting the arch, I need them to cushion the metatarsal and keep my feet from sliding forward each time I step, and these are making my feet more stable in the shoe. As to the complaints that the adhesive on the bottom doesn't stick, with the gel type if you're wearing sandals without stockings, the surface of the insert will stick to your feet so it effectively stays put, at least in these closed-heel but otherwise open strappy sandals. Good enough (I hope) for an 8 hour event.

The bottom of the insole has deep rigid teeth bottom which don't stick to the shoes well. It slides forward when I walk which shows in front of my wedge sandle. It looks really bad and I had to readjust all the time.The older style that doesn't have the deep rigid teeth at the bottom sticks to the shoes well, only the front and the back have adhesive. This product didn't work for me because when I take off my shoes, the insole sticks to my feet and it comes out. It doesn't look good at all when I am visiting someone.

Didn't stick as soon as I removed from the package. ಠ⁠︵⁠ಠ I'm disappointed. I think if the stickiness was effective these would be great. One had zero adhesive and the other had a tiny bit but the whole insole moved as soon as I laid it in the shoe.

These help a lot with dress heels to make them fit better or at least be more comfortable. They don't always keep the heel from slipping on my narrow feet, but in some shoes they do. I like that they are partial insole so they don't restrict toe room. I also like that they are removable and reusable. Not perfect for every shoe, but the best thing I have found yet. A friend with plantar fasciitis gave me a tip about these; she was right!

Not thin, makes heel uncomfortable. If you are looking for arch support loom elsewhere. These did not work for my wedge heels. They work in shoes that already have an insole that can be removed.
