Completely Useless.

This item is totally useless, it will not load onto my computer, on the instruction page it tells you to download it from the internet, but you have to be a computer genius to download and install it off the internet. Again its completely useless.

Disappointing software

Disappointing. Video links on how to use in German.Not intuitive. After a few hours use I'm none the wiser. I just wanted a simple floor plan but still unable to achieve this.
