Due to half of voice box being paralyzed for eight months, I could not eat certain foods and ended up in the hospital with two blockages in my bowels. While getting ready to be discharged from the hospital, the doctor suggested I use Miralax as directed on the box until my voice box improved. Miralax doesn't cause any stomach discomfort but effective within 6-12 hours for me. I'm sure the effective time will vary as everybody's system is different. It doesn't change the taste or consistency of the liquid you put it in whether it is hot or cold. Dissolves quickly. I prefer the packets as it is premeasured and easier for me to handle due to arthritis in my hands. It also comes in a large container that you have to measure out yourself. This large container is hard for me to handle but is cheaper than the packets. Overall, I prefer the packets. The packets are much more convenient. As for the wooden stirrer, I do not use them. I prefer using at spoon. This product is worth every penny to me.

Need this when traveling. It works and is convenient. Big bottle stays home.

Perfect proportioned packets with a handy stir stick. Great for travel. My 5 year old needs it daily so the packets are great to take to grandma's and grandpa's or vacation- instead of the big bottles!

This product works and delivers as promised. But, it's pricey compared to the other products out there. At it's current price it comes to about $2.00 per dose. The packaging is easy to take along on a trip or to work etc. For frequent use, I'd go with the bulk containers, which are priced much better. Or get another brand, which will save you even more. I don't understand why they included stir sticks, they are bulky and seem silly, unless you don't have a spoon.The product works, but the packaging on this item is off the reasonable cost mark.

I have digestion issues and gastroenterology doc suggested to use. Pour a packet in a cup of water and it’s tasteless. Helps with my digestion issues.

I take water pills and pain meds so I get stopped up or backed up. This stuff is gentle to use and I can see why it’s rated so high. It may cost more but well worth the money. Saves pain!

I like that they are in a little packet and can travel with them if necessary. The stir sticks are a great addition to this packet
