Best dried Yeast
I have used this for making bread and many pizzas over the years. It lasts well in the fridge and I have used it well past (ie 6 months past) its expiry date and it’s been great. Thumbs up from me!!!

Usually very reliable yeast. Not this time
I have been using caputo for about 5 years. Always purchased from Amazon. Always reliable. But this last batch has no life in it. There's barely any rise in my dough. Bread seems heavy compared to how it is usually. Pizza dough the same.Really disappointed. Batch is BBF 06-2025 so plenty of date.Anyone else had issues?

Easy to use
Works very well with Italian pizza flour and can be mixed in dry. Quick to work and gives great results.
