I highly recommend and absolutely love this product! It is a game changer! I am in perimenopause so I'm starting to experience occasional vaginal dryness for the first time in my life and did not appreciate the impact on intimacy. This product worked well with no bad side effects. It goes on as a light liquid that you don't notice ... no stickiness or smell. But the dryness that kept me from riding my bike was gone. I only use every couple of days, so the bottle lasted a long time.I had tried the balm stuff and it didnt wash off in the shower. It continued to feel greasy and I was afraid some kind of bacteria or yeast would form. Also, smelled funky so I never felt clean.

Nice and easy, but so expensive !I had an unusual cramping sensationThe next day.The amount in each ampule is a little too generous, and not easy to use partof an ampule.I will stick to another aloe product which works well with an insertionDevise and can be measured to suit your needs.

I should have known better and not listened to the positive reviews. I am now more itchy than I was before.
