This time buying thru Amazon, it smeared….not what I’ve been using. Maybe Estée changed product, but I don’t want to look like a vampire! lol. Returned it.

The first use was a little thicker than I imagined. But if you are looking for dramatic it’s your cup of tea.

Best eye liner I've found
I only wear makeup when going out and only to my bottom lid. This eye liner has lasted over a year. It has both thin and thick sides. Doesn't burn what so ever if it gets in eye. Love this eye liner. Cost is 30 to 35 but very much worth it.
