I like that I got the book as described, at first I was a little hesitant mostly because the price but in the end it worked out perfectly, I now use it for school I highly recommend.

Excellent! I was accepted in to an RN program, but it has been delayed until the Fall. Decided I should get my feet wet & get my CNA license. No book was required for the online portion of my class but I decided to get a Mosby book since I love their other stuff and this one covers more than just long term care. It covers a ton of very important stuff that my online CNA class is leaving out such as important safety issues and how to communicate effectively and professionally with patients and colleagues. Very easy to read. Many step by step photo illustrations. Skills Videos are short but have clear visuals. You can also find similar skills videos on YouTube if you decide to get a used copy.
