This gel works the best!
Has worked the best out of all treatments we’ve tried so far. My son has terrible planters warts on the bottom of his feet and we originally tried the pad version of these after reading good reviews however they would not stay on his feet and we had to uncomfortably wrap bandages around his entire foot to keep it on. Those didn’t seem to work well at all, but this gel almost immediately started working after a few days. He still has not finished the full treatment probably because he doesn’t consistently put it on twice a day. He usually only remembers at bedtime after he showers. However, it has worked wonderfully so far. Goes on like gel and dried hard. I’m actually purchasing a second to tube to finish his treatment. I’ll spare you the pictures, but it turned the skin around his wart completely white and moist and peeled off a layer of callous in one week I’d say, the second week it penetrated the wart more and has started pulling the smaller ones up and out of the skin, I’m buying a second tube for the bigger tougher warts. This is the third type of treatment I have tried and it has worked the best. Independent reviews online also suggest that this gel specifically is the better choice. I’d recommend wearing socks throughout the day and I’d say at the rate we are going it will take 3 to 4 weeks to completely get rid of your warts.

Effective and easy to use
Very good product. I tried another brand before returning to this trusted brand. It consistently is effective to break down the skin covering of a wart to help rid it. Or, in this case I was directed to use it between Dr visits and monthly office freezing of a long standing wart that needed extra attention to get to the root. Very effective and so easy to use. I wouldn’t use any other brand.

Compound W Maximum Strength Fast Acting Gel Wart Remover with 12 ConSeal Patches
Effective Treatment with a Little Patience and CareI picked up the Compound W Maximum Strength Fast Acting Gel Wart Remover with the 12 ConSeal patches to treat a stubborn wart on my finger, and overall, it worked quite well—though it does require consistency and a bit of patience. The gel itself is strong and effective. After applying it daily as directed, I noticed the wart beginning to dry out and peel within the first week. It didn’t completely disappear right away, but with continued use over a couple of weeks, the wart shrank significantly and eventually came off completely. It's definitely one of the more effective over-the-counter solutions I’ve tried. The included ConSeal patches are a nice bonus, helping to protect the treated area while keeping the medication in place. They’re discreet enough to wear throughout the day and help avoid irritation from friction or dirt. That said, they don’t always stick well for a full day, especially if you're active or washing your hands frequently, so I sometimes had to replace them sooner than expected.A few tips:Be careful to apply the gel only to the wart, as it can irritate surrounding skin.Use the patches to help contain the area and reduce accidental spread.Give it time—it’s not instant, but it does work if you're consistent. The only reason for taking off one star is the patch adhesion and the potential for skin irritation if you’re not precise with application. Otherwise, it’s a solid, reliable treatment.Highly recommend for those looking for an at-home wart remover that actually works—just be patient and follow the instructions closely.

It Works—Be Patient and Consistent
I’ve tried several over-the-counter wart removers over the years, and Compound W Maximum Strength is the one I keep coming back to because it actually works. The gel is thick enough to stay where you put it, and the applicator tip makes it easy to target just the wart without spreading onto surrounding skin. It does have a strong smell and can sting a bit on broken skin, but that’s to be expected—it’s powerful stuff. The key is consistency. I applied it once or twice daily as directed, kept the area clean, and gently filed away dead skin every few days. After about 2–3 weeks, the wart dried up, turned dark, and eventually peeled away. One bottle lasts a long time, and it’s far cheaper and less stressful than a trip to the doctor. If you follow the instructions and stick with it, this will get the job done.

Skin Eater (wart included)
So this does a good job at taking a small layer of skin of the wart or area around it. Iv used it for approximately 4 weeks and it seemed to remove the wart and then within a 2 week period it was coming back. Not sure if I’m doing something wrong but I’m concerned with the amount of damage it’s doing to my skin around it. Don’t seem to healthy..

Works as described
This is good stuff if you have a small plantar wart. I used it for about 2 weeks - applied a small amount and then covered with a bandage. Like magic after a few weeks it just sloughed the wart away.

Highly effective and quick!
It’s incredibly easy to apply and works fast! I managed to remove the wart within two days. Although the area was irradiated due to the bandaid, I highly recommend it.

Slow process but it works
It's been almost 2 months now and wart (finger) is almost gone. It's slowly peeled off thin layers at a time. I've found that it helps to soak in warm/hot water for 5-10 minutes and then rub it so layer comes off before applying gel. A little bit of skin around wart has peeled off as well though I think if I had been more careful about only applying on wart, it would have not been issue. Today, a big portion of wart finally fell off and skin is about even (just a little grainy). If you are patient and stick with it, it does work.
