Will not work for a 2010 - 2012 w212
I don’t know why I thought this was gonna work for an early model w212. It clearly didn’t say it would in the description. It is too long for the w212 and you will not have enough room against the firewall to even make a turn. I had to cut off a lil over half an inch and welded it back together to work. But it worked well after I modified. If your car is listed as per the description it is a great product for a great price. If you’re buying this for an early model w212 be prepared to make some modifications, it will be tough without a grinder and welder.

A must have torque adapter
Would see Torque Adapter sets on the Snap On and Mac Tools truck and thought I would NEVER need them. And I was right. My nephew needed this tool to change the mounts on his rear wheel drive Mercedes.The bolts were not Stretch Armstrong tight so this tool was able to perform well removing and installing the two bolts.Glad I was able to find this tool being sold separately as I may never use it again and I already have enough Snap On tools that I purchased because they were cool that I do not use.

Indispensable tool for Mercedes motor mounts
This little wrench is a must have if changing out the engine mounts on many Mercedes. I used it on my 1998 E430 and can't imagine completing the job without it. It is a 16mm on one end and a 3/8 drine on the other. It has a slight bend allowing you to insert a 3/8 extension to your ratchet to break the top bolt loose as well as to torque the bolt once the new mount is installed. Mine went fairly smooth and easy but I understand other models can be considerably more challenging.
