It does what it’s designed to do
I wear this around the house when I’m cleaning to help remind me to stand straight. It does a great job, I’m always adjusting my posture when it’s on. I can only wear it for a short time, definitely not longer than a half hour. It starts to feel irritating if I wear it too long. The only thing I don’t really like about it is how thick it is around my under arms, it’s not real comfortable to hold my arms down and if I start getting sweaty from moving around and cleaning, I don’t like that the under arm part gets soaked with sweat. I just think if the under arm area of the brace was not so thick I would be able to wear it longer. Since it does what it was made to do I will continue to wear it for short intervals around the house, it’s better to work on my posture a little than not at all.

Great, but not for long continuous use.
Once this thing is strapped-up to actually keep your back straight, it cannot be worn for extended periods or for more than 1 hour. The top part/strap digs into under your arms. For the 1 hour or less than it can be worn, it has you sitting straight, and does as advertised. Multiple adjustments have been made to see if this can be fixed but to no avail. This item was not used for any pain relief but only to correct posture. If planned to be used intermittently, and this is within your price range then this is the product for you.

It's pretty nice, very comfortable
It's pretty nice, very comfortable. (the straps are thick so if it's too tight then it can be kind of annoying in the armpits but if it's that tight then you're probably going to feel some tingling in your arms) but if you wear it just right where it pulls your shoulders back just enough, then you're good. Something I noticed though when wearing it for the first few times is that is does help keep my shoulders back which is what I wanted, but I still haunch over mid back. I'm a 22 year old female and my back is already a mess. Too many video games. Play outside kids. And remember to eat your veggies.

Good product, maybe not the best if you need lots of help with posture or a rolled shoulder.
This brace is quite easy to put on, even over clothing, and to wear for a few hours. However, once pressure is applied to the plastic "rings" around the center brace, the fabric fed through buckles and the "rings" turn from vertical (as pictured) to a horizontal position. I purchased a much larger brace for therapeutic/ corrective purposes. However, I will still wear this while engaging in tasks that would have typically hurt my upper back due to terrible posture and it is quite effective in those circumstances.

Extremely happy with this brace! Perfect for correcting posture
I never knew a product like this existed! I am so glad I found it. I have been complaining for years about my posture. I try very hard to remember to sit up straight and keep my shoulders back but after a few minutes I forget and am back to looking hunched! It really bothers me and I finally came across this brace and ordered it right away. It came right on schedule with instructions and I put it on right away. All I can say is THANK YOU! I love it. First of all my back feels so much better! I work on a computer the majority of the day and this brace has greatly reduced the tension in my shoulder. As for my posture- It is just what I needed! I feel like the more use it the more it trains me to keep my shoulders back on my own. I really think that It makes such a difference when you practice proper posture. I feel so much better about myself. It is very comfortable and I barely notice that I am wearing it half the time. Best purchase I have made in a long time and I am so happy with the results! I would like my father to try one as he has difficulty with his back and I think this would really help him out. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone looking to improve their posture.

Mediocre at best
Upon purchasing this item, it dawned upon me that this was not what I intended to purchase, which is my fault entirely. I meant to get something that adjust my lower back posture. However, I feel the criticisms below are accurate. This product does not do much at all when sitting. I am very disappointed in that. When standing, it is more prominent. However, there is no reason for me to be standing often when I am home (as I am obviously not wearing this into public), so it was not worth my time. If you stand often and/or have no shame, this product will be very helpful for you. The most I can say is that it (barely) provides a slight pressure on you to remind you to maintain your posture instead of it forcing you into a proper position. In terms of comfort, it is actually not that bad. It doesn't hurt (as mentioned earlier, it is more like just a pressure) but it limits mobility somewhat. However, it is somewhat difficult to take on and off. I wear mine slightly looser than it should be, but still tight enough to be semi-functional.

Relief for Kyphosis
Instant relief as soon as I put it on. It felt SO good, especially when I flex my shoulders back creating resistance against the posture corrector. The velcro bit is good manufacturing. It's more plasticky than fibery--it's not like the kind that starts to pull apart the material after a lot of use, so I'm not worried that it will get too worn out in the future. Quality is good and the design ensures that it is easily adjustable. Can't wear it under clothes, because it is a bit bulky. You would have to be wearing something really baggy for it not to show, there is, after all, padding (enough to make it comfortable). I wear mine over clothes at home, particularly when doing tasks that I normally hunch over for. I feel the effects of having my shoulders properly aligned even after I take it off.I've thought about using this during my workouts to ensure proper posture, but since it's wrapped under the armpits I'm sure it would cause chaffing or irritation. It should be okay for lower body workouts and possibly when using a pull up bar, as long as you adjust the fit so that it's a bit looser than usual.
