The Llewellyn Practical Guide to Astral Projection: The Out-of -Body Experience

My interest in many esoteric fields has increased this last few months and one area in which I have read numerous books on is astral projection and astral travel. I just finished reading this 239 page soft cover book (The Liewellyn practical guide to Astral Projection: the out-of-body experience by Denning & Phillips) which I purchased on Amazon.What I find interesting is the various unique approaches to astral projection and astral travel I discovered in the many books I have read on this subject. This book is no exception. The focus it seems to me in this volume is more mystical and their emphasis on using their 3 postures when doing many of the procedures to master the out-of-body experience. I do like this book because it has some unique exercises, interesting illustrations and a simple way the subject is presented, which may appeal to those trying to learn about astral projection and astral travel. It teaches 3 different postures when doing the exercises which are basically sitting, standing and lying down.The topics covered in this book include the following:The art of living, you and astral projection, astral projection is natural, seeing and knowing, soul sculpture, out of the body, and adventure in the astral worlds.If you are seeking an unusual but good basic guide to learning how to astral projection and astral travel you may want to check out this book.Rating: 5 Stars. I was a little confused because the cover is different, but a good book

Look no further than this guide to astral projection for your needs. With the help of this text, as well as the accompanying Llewellyn's Guide to Psychic Self-Defense, you'll find yourself knee deep in satisfaction and awareness of self. The book does nothing less than to proclaim to be a text on the occult, and while it may be, is not just for readers or fans of the occult. There is much to be said about these more benign occult teachings, that allow you to come into deeper contact with yourself and define yourself as who you are. Your levels of creativity will skyrocket from doing just these simple introspective activities!

This is a wonderful manual on not only astral projection but a spiritual development guide. It contains spiritual exercises that can be used independently for their specific effects on their own or leading to full projection eventually. I've not achieve full projection yet but the soul sculpting technique is invaluable in helping me curb my bad habits.

Wonderful Read

This is a very good book. I put off reading it for years because it looked simple and cheesy. But it has a lot of wisdom of the ages. Yes it is a simple book. But it is full of truth. It is a gradual incline into full astral work. It is an amazing book. I loved it. I have been involved in this form of art for 30 years and I find this is a gem.

An excellent description of out of body experience utilizing more subtle causal bodies we have access to within Great techniques to enhance Astral experience and travel. A well recommended book to novices of this possibility, as it describes in detail the nature of consciousness well.

On my second week of formula 1 (technique in the book) and I'm already seeing changes. If u found astral dynamics by Robert Bruce abit longwinded, I suggest this one

More philosophical and a health guide than a manual for how to astral travel but worth the read as the two authors have put together a good account of the subject.
