EDITED- I received an email from LOOP asking about my happiness with their product. I mentioned that only the USB worked, not the plugin part. They responded immediately with a few questions and after my reply turned right around and sent me a replacement! Talk about customer service! I'll actively look for LOOP products in the future. I never even thought to contact them when my $19 item had a problem. I still can't believe they contacted me and went out of their way to make sure I'm happy. (It worked - I'm very happy with their company!)I like that it has a light to show there is power to the unit. The bright color was nice so it was less likely to be left behind. I like that there are no pieces to lose. Everything is attached.(I was only able to use this with the USB on my trip to Italy. The plugin didn't work. I don't know if it was the product or what.)

I have been on the road in Asia for several weeks at this point, with several different adapters in my possession. I ended up using a different adapter more often (the HaWaTour Dual USB Ports Universal Worldwide Travel Adapter All-in-one International Plug) for a couple of different reasons.1) This Loop adapter is too bright to use at night in a bedroom. Initially, I liked the fact that it has a super bright light so you know when it is one vs. when it has lost its connection -- not uncommon with these large, heavy adapters because they can sometimes tip forward. However, it is just too bright to use at night in a bedroom.2) The two round pront Asia connector is hard to keep extended and (depending on the plug in question) can sometimes be pushed in, thereby losing the connection. That is frustrating. The other adapter flips up, not in and out, and therefore stays up when I need it up.Bottom line: This is not a bad adapter, especially for use outside of a bedroom rather than in one, but there are better adapters out there.

pretty great plug. I was able to used this in Russia and Finland with no issues. The usb plugs come in super handy too. I have to use a CPAP nightly so I plugged it in first and then used the usb to charge phone and iPad. I work fine and I had no problems. I would give this a 4 1/2 if available. My only issue was that in a European outlet the plug felt loose as it it would fall out. It didn't but seemed like it might. Overall I am happy with the plug and would recommend it to others as an option.

I bought this to use on a trip to Scotland. I began using it on a trip within the United States because it made it so easy to charge both my Apple watch and iPhone at the same time. I had no issues with plugging it in, either here in the States or in Scotland. I was concerned that the soft pink glow would be distracting at night, but it was fairly unobtrusive. Kind of soothing, actually.As an aside, I bought a camera in Scotland, with a chargeable battery. Of course the plug was a UK plug. NO problem, I use the adapter here at home to charge the camera battery.All in all, I am very pleased with this adapter: works as hoped, was purchased at a reasonable price.

Handy travel adapter, love that it has two USB ports built in so not competing with my laptop charger. :) Indicator light isn't so bright that it disturbs my sleep.Dinged one star...the "Note" port charges incredibly slow. I have an old Samsung Note 2 that I use as my alarm clock, and Motorola Droid Mini that I use as my cell phone. Neither is up to 50% after charging all night. On the other hand, it's a great way to keep the phones from over-charging.

Throw out all your old-school travel adapters with 8 different plugs that you have to cart around! Best all in one world travel adapter! I deliberately bought this ultra colorful adapter so that I wouldn't forget to pack it when jumping from one hotel to another. One of the best features of this product is the ability to plug in your USB cords to charge up your phone, Kindle & iPad (yes, I took all three gadgets)! Love it and have been highly recommending it to my fellow travelers. My friend loved mine so much that we only pulled out mine when we needed to charge up our devices!

I took it to Europe and it worked.It comes in great colors and looks very expensive. I used it everywhere I went, hotels, residential and airports.Very easy to use. It has countries written on it to help you choose which one to use. It is small so it was easy to carry. Also, small enough to fit in my purse.As long as it did not blow a fuse, I was happy.

I bought this for my wife's recent trip to Germany and she reports that it worked great. She used it mostly for charging her phone and tablet, and for her curling iron. The US plug prongs are a bit on the short side, so if you need to convert a European or Asian appliance to US current you should make sure the adapter is secure in the socket before leaving it unattended. Otherwise, it works as intended.
