are the shrooms roasted?

It’s coffee not mushroom’s. The coffee is roasted.

I like a super dark roast, like Starbucks expresso roast, is this as dark as Starbucks expresso?

I drink real coffee, never had any hippie coffee. But the Peruvian dark roast is strong , bold, and aromatic. Easily some of the coffee I have ever drank.

Is this a low acid coffee?

I don’t know... to be honest I really didn’t like the coffee that much. I prefer Peet’s or Black Rifle Coffee. Much better. Especially BRC

Is this considered single source?

according to the bag, it's "peruvian" arabica beans. i believe as long as they harvest from one area, it's a single source. i know that pure kona coffee can only be from kona, otherwise, it's "kona blend" (or something like that) - kona coffee beans with beans from other areas. just theorizing, i don't know for certain.
