Does this have palstic or metal handle?

This has a plastic handle. The Gillette Fusion has a metal hand (has some heft).

Will the european sensor excel blades fit this razor? the euro blades are loose in my us handle.

There is on blade mounted in the razor and two spare blades that come with the razor making a total of 3. I buy replacement in bulk at Costco.

Razor close shave

Much flimsier than the original, which I still haven't this trend toward 99 blades per cartridge is insane. The sensor excel twin blade has been a winner for me since the 70's

Updated version of old standard

This is replacement for travel razor, light weight and solid.Both twin and triple blade Sensor blades fit.Does a good job shaving this old face.

Gillette Trac II Razor Replacement

Received the replacement razor handle after one of the small plastic clips that hold the blade cartridge on my original one broke after 30+ years. The handle is much lighter than the original and shaped differently, still getting used to it but OK for now.

This continues to be their best razor.

This razor was one of the first to introduce many of the features found on much more expensive razors today. The 2 or 3 blade refill cartridges pivot to follow facial contour. There is a lubricating strip above the blades. There is an area of ridged rubber ahead of the blades to help stand the beard up to make it easier to shave closer. The refill cartridges are much narrower than most other brands and definitely narrower than cartridges containing 4 or more blades. This makes it easier to shave closer to your nose and any other tight spots. For me, more than 2 blades in a cartridge are useless.

Almost like the same Excel I have had for 20 years and it is great. Price is good too.

Works.

It functions just fine.It is not a nice as the original Gillette handles. This is made entirely of plastic, and is fairly lightweight. It does not feel like the locking mechanism that holds the blades is as robust as was on the original handles.However, this appears to be the only choice if you prefer to continue using excel blades, and for that I'm happy to have this product.
