Fits 2025 Mazda CX-5!
Bought this for my 2025 Mazda CX-5 Turbo Premium (United States) even though the product page says it doesn't fix the CX-5. It does fit, but rather than pushing it downward, you need to instead push it from the front of the seat and slide it straight back towards the seat belt receiver. You'll meet a little resistance as you start pushing but it goes in just fine. It's best if you're not sitting in the seat while inserting it. You just need to make sure it's not too close to the seat belt receiver otherwise it's awkward trying to buckle in. Give it a couple of inches. It's a snug fit, which is good. It feels sturdy while still being able to move or remove it without hassle. It comes with a pad of foam (presumably to fill in larger spaced gaps), but you won't need it for the CX-5. I just received it and wanted to leave a review that it fits recent model CX-5s because other reviewers weren't leaving the year and model of their vehicle. I can't comment on the durability yet, but I would guess that it's best to only use it to rest your arm on - I'd avoid leaning your body weight on it to rearrange your seating position. It doesn't feel flimsy, but asking a product like this to support a lot of weight seems like a bit much. The adjustable height is a must, and worked fine the few times I adjusted it. Different drivers have different thickness of their thighs, and that's what the height adjustment is for. The look of the black with red stitching matches the interior well. I'm glad I took a chance and bought this. With a little adjustment to the tilt steering (down for me), I now have a noticeably more comfortable seating position. Lastly, if you find that the armrest feels too close to your body, just take it out of the base and rotate it 180 degrees. It somewhat covers the nearest cupholder but it's worth it for comfort for me.

Great product, until it wasn't...then redeemed
1/25/2022 update. I originally gave this product 3 stars, but CDEFG's customer service exceeded my expectations and replaced my broken armrest. For that, I am bumping my 3-star rating up to 5-stars. There is nothing to indicate that the issue I encountered was systemic and may have just been an isolated incident. In any case, I am please overall with my experience with CDEFG's armrest. My original post is as follows: This armrest was comfortable, fit nicely in my vehicle and did all that I expected. However, I am going to give this 3-stars. After six months of use, the spring mechanism failed in one of the adjustment slots (see 2nd picture). When the button is NOT depressed, the catch inside should be out to grab the arm rest shaft (1st picture shows the catch fully extended) That is not the case with mine. This cause one side of the armrest to fall down and ultimately caused a crack in the armrest itself (see 3rd picture). Please keep in mind, it could be just mine that had this issue and not a common problem. All in all, I would have given this 5-stars if it had maintained its structural integrity for more than six months. At the $40 price point, I would have expected more.

Did not like the fit
Although I did like that it provided a comfortable drive when in use. Its place in between the gear shifter and driver seat reduces the speed and reach to change gears. 2023 VW Jetta automatic transmission is a bit to small for this accessory and my arms. I have long arms and did not like how I had to over reach to change gears. Also the part is only held on by friction between the seat and gear shifter. Overall just wasnt a fan after a couple of days.

Comfy, but...
My 2021 Nissan Leaf must have been designed for people without arms. Or, more accurately, people who don't mind having no support for elbow or forearm. They even made the center console super small and moved it way back, away from the steering wheel. Initially this armrest seemed ok, supported my right arm well enough. However after a few days I found the whole thing intrusive, got in the way of handling the steering wheel. In addition my fore-arm would start to sweat on the non-porous leatherette coating. Sadly it's going back. On to the next great idea (whatever that may be).

Works but is not a tight fit.
I'll keep the product bc it's better than nothing at all. It's very wobbly. It's hard to now fasten my seatbelt. If someone else drives the car and moves the seat, they need to remove the arm rest. Overall...it's ok but I was expecting more.

Cumple con su función, llega a tener juego, pero en términos generales y tomando en cuenta que no es parte de la estructura de la consola del auto, está bien.

The armrest fit nicely in my Mitsubishi RVR 2025. It feels solid and aligns well without vehicle’s console and steering wheel. Can’t wait to go on a road trip to try it on a long run. I like the build quality and materials.

Very happy I bought it

Can go either way, I found this way was the best as otherwise it would hit my leg, works perfect and is very comfortable, barely moved at all, and comes with a pad to make it fit even more snug
