I have tired multiple different phone mounts in my car that attach to the cars vents. This one is by far the best. It stays on and does not fall off. It's easy to slide your phone in and out. I highly recommend. Note: this phone mount must be used with a popsocket. If you don't already have one and want a mount that works with your car's vents I suggest getting a popsocet and using this mount. I have struggle with every other type I have tried. They never stay in place.

I got this as a replacement for my previous PopSocket car vent mount that broke down due to sun damage and dry rot.I like this design better for the ease of putting my phone into the mount. The previous one I had was narrow and could be hard to put in at times. This version is easy and doesn’t risk the popsocket coming off since you can’t have it fully flattened out.Be careful to pick the right gap size to fit your car vent. I initially used the bigger one and would struggle with it falling out. Since I switched to the tighter gap it’s stayed in place. Hopefully it stays snug and fitted long term.

It's simple and it works. Perhaps best as a temporary car phone mount. The way it attaches to the dash is via a plastic clasp that has to be friction-slid onto the louvres of a heater vent. Because the louvres move, the phone attachment will sometimes fall off the vent when going over bumps or turning corners. Also, the proximity to the vent means that the mounted phone gets very hot when you have the heater blowing in winter. I do like the easy way the phone mounts with the "erect" popsocket and dismounts by sliding it on and off the mount hook. Again, it's OK for occasional use, but perhaps a more permanent dash mount would work better not relying on a flimsy heater vent louvre.

Ignore the bad reviews. I’ve had this for a couple months now and it works exactly as advertised. I’ve never had mine slip out once. It holds my phone well.

This PopSockets car mount is super convenient to pop right into the vent. But my iPhone 16 Pro Max is a bit heavy for it, and unfortunately, it fell down a lot while driving and felt a little shaky too. I decided not to use it in my own car, but it’s great for rental cars when I travel—perfect as a travel accessory!

It is so incredibly hard to get this to stay in place in your vehicle. And then once you finally get it to stay in place it kind of flops your phone down so you can’t really use it for its intended purpose. Then it blocks the vent. It’s completely pointless and it’s $15 and I can’t return it so now I don’t know what to do with it because you can only use it in a car and it makes me want to throw it out the window. Do not waste your money on this.

I love this phone mount!! The other phone mounts I bought always fell out while driving making it completely useless and they were way bigger and very bulky I’m surprised that this one holds my phone especially since I have a iPhone 16 plus. This fits my phone perfectly and I never have issues with it falling off my phone is completely secure when driving. This is super convenient for me because my car does not come with navigation and I also am a Amazon flex driver.
