Almost Perfect ...
These are the right consistency I've been looking for - firm yet chewy and not crunchy like apple chips/crisps.But I can't eat them direct from the bag due to the sulfur - which is listed in the ingredients. The sulfur will "air out"

Quality dried apples!
I love dried apples as a healthier snack choice. I used to buy Jansal Valley dried apples from Amazon but they were grown in China and the flavor and quality varied widely from each container. These still come from China but the flavor and quality has been much more consistent. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. One note reading some of the other reviews: like the Jansal brand, these are somewhat moist and chewy. They are not completely dried like some of the apple chips you can buy in the store. If you want a crunchy dried apple product this one is not for you.

Tastes terribly sulfuric
I've read the other reviews about it being soggy, which I think I'm fine with. I know these chips are sold for cheaper than everyone else, so I would have been fine if it were moist or soggy.Given my low expectations, the Oh! Nuts Apple rings was still a big mistake. The problem is that they added a lot of Sulfer as preservatives into the Apples (perhaps because completely drying apples is expensive, and moist apple don't last long without preservatives). The label says it all: Apple, Sulfur Oxide, "Sulfur metabisulfite" (as appeared on the label, which is an incorrect name for SODIUM metabisulfite)If the seller is reading this, please don't add sulfur to destroy perfectly good Apple. If you had to dry it more, then dry it more; if you need to air seal the bag to preserve it then air seal the bag; if it needs to be refrigerated then put instruction for refrigeration. Preservative is never a good solution. I can taste the sulfer and it makes me feel unwell. Not purchasing again.

Terrible Mouthfeel (EDIT: -for now. Oh! Nuts remedied the situation promptly.)
EDIT: The following review should be disregarded, except possibly from a quality control standpoint ; the bag apparently had a leak, allowing moisture in and tainting the product. Rachel from Oh! Nuts set a fine example of customer courtesy by replying to my feed back in only one day and offering a crispy, fresh replacement free of charge. In light of this, I will be doing future be doing future business with there company. I admit to having a penchant for nutty things, and I have fond childhood memories of finding a container of crispy, dehydrated fruit chunks in my lunchbox. Cheers!P.S. The subtle flavor is, in my humble opinion, is well-suited for crispy, dried fruit.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------These may be dehydrated apples, but they are certainly not apple crisps (not that they claim to be; they just look like other crispy apple rings). The product's Amazon page only clue as to this fact is the early inclusion of the words, "mouthwatering texture". Mouthwatering indeed - these are moist, spongy, chewy, and, for me hard to swallow when chewed well. They taste like apples - barely, as the flavor is quite subtle, and not in a good way. The package itself doesn't even contain any clues as to their consistency. Speaking of the package, it contains no "refrigerate after opening" warning despite the relatively high water content.A few people may actually enjoy the light flavor and limp, chewy texture, but I am not one of them. I doubt you will like them, either.

These are not to my liking...
... but maybe that's not on the product. They are still moist, they are more dry than an apple, but significantly more moist than dried apple slices/rings are any other time I've had them. I've asked other people, and I think the issue is that I went into this expecting "chips" and instead got "dried apple rings". I've learned that there is a lot more wiggle room with words like "dehydrated" and "dried" than I previously believed. There's nothing really wrong with the flavor, but I can not get over the consistency. Maybe if you have no teeth and real dried apples hurt your mouth, and you can't bite a normal apple, maybe then this would be perfect for you. Some of the pictures of this product make it look crispy. It's just important to go into this purchase knowing that they are not. They actively resist becoming crispy or crunchy. I've had a few in the freezer for a day and they are still pillowy soft.As it stands I'm going to try to either get a refund or make these into actual dried apple slices in the oven.*they are currently in the oven and smell great*

Stinky treat for bun bun
My rabbit goes crazy for these rings. They are a healthy treat for her. A lot of fiber with little moisture, no added sugar.I don't care much for the smell but the resealable bag locks in freshness and stank. These are not crispy. These rings are flimsy and soft - a marshmallow like feel.
