Just slides down. Very poor design. For the price one would have expected something robust and foolproof

These pads had good reviews, but now that I’ve used them for a couple weeks, I’ve had to repair them.They tend to slide around which causes the cushion to end up on the bottom. It’s difficult to get them tight enough to prevent this sliding. After using them for a couple weeks the cushion is a bit smashed, so I had to add another row of Velcro so I could tighten them enough to stay secure.

7 weeks after carpal tunnel surgery, I had foot surgery. Unfortunately, when it came time for me to start walking again, I was still unable to put too much pressure on my hand/wrist, which is why I ordered this product. I was pleasantly surprised with how much cushion this provided and how easy they are to use. The only thing that bugs me is that they slowly twist/rotate with use, so you end up with the non-cushioned edge in your palm. Other than that minor annoyance, I would definitely recommend purchasing.

these grips give much greater hand comfort when using a walker the correct way (stand upright "inside" the walker, which is adjusted so your arms are straight from the shoulder down to your wrist). your attention is focused on small, careful steps, not your hand discomfort if you need to support your weight. the grips also are easy to attach to the walker.

These work well, but need to be a little bit longer. Extremely difficult to fit around handles.
