Inositol+ Powder

Initial review: I’ve been taking this product for 4 days so far, and I’m already noticing positive results. I haven’t been officially diagnosed with PCOS, but I do experience some symptoms like irregular periods, a rounder “moon” face, and hormonal acne along my jawline. I started taking it twice a day as soon as I received it. By day two, I noticed I felt significantly less bloated than usual. By day three, the acne along my jawline had started to calm down and clear up, and my face looked less puffy and more defined. So far, I’m really happy with the results, I don’t have much digestive issues taking this supplement and there is no bad taste! I plan to continue using it and will come back with an updated review after a month of consistent use and possibly adjusting my dosage.

I was waiting to write a review because even just a month on these is not enough for hormonal problems and I wanted to get the full experience. I have been on them now I think almost 4 months and LOVE these. I genuinely think they are working for my PCOS/hormonal acne. It's not a cure by any means but I have seen a huge difference in my face, I feel a difference in my mood and my cycle is more regulated rather than skipping months and surprising me randomly. I looked through a lot of different ones and I think for the price, you cannot beat this one! I will warn that these pills are huge, I believe you can open them and mix them if need be incase you have issues with pills and swallowing, they also have a weird odor when you open them but it's a pill. It's not like you can taste it. These have helped so much and I recommend them to anyone who's even curious to just try it out.

I’ve used this in water, juice and soda one time and it’s flavorless! In general it’s definitely made a difference with my hormones and regulating my cycle.

For all the ladies who have PCOS, I 10/10 recommend this!!! I received the diagnosis last year after YEARS of crazy symptoms. I was put on Wegovy and later Zepbound. They helped my symptoms and I was actually able to lose weight and it stopped the fluctuating hormones, lowered my insulin level, and helped so much with food noise. However, my insurance no longer will approve them. I done research and found this product. I take 2 capsules after breakfast, and it is far better than either of the shots. I have more energy, it helps my sleep (I have severe insomnia), and it helps me to not gain 5 pounds overnight (if you know, you know). I wish I would have found this product sooner!

I’ve been using this Inositol supplement for a week and found that a "split-dose" approach works best. Initially, taking the full four-capsule serving at once caused noticeable nausea. I’ve since transitioned to taking two capsules with my morning vitamins and the remaining two during lunch or dinner, which has significantly improved tolerability. I also discovered that taking them with flavored sparkling water or juice, rather than plain water, helps mitigate any lingering nausea. While I've noticed physiological changes (specifically in cervical mucus/fluid), I have experienced a notable dip in libido. Overall, it’s gentle on the stomach once you find the right timing and pairing. Oh and before I forget the most important thing to note is a major surge of extreme drowsiness immediately after ingestion.

This really helps with regulation of your cycle.

Okay, this worked for me when nothing else would. I've been struggling for 5 years to figure out what was going on and how I could help myself feel better and this is what worked for me. -I was so tired all I could do was work and sleep, no energy for anything else. I could sleep for 18 hours, go to the store and be so tired I would come home and sleep for another 18. -I was beginning to grow chin hairs so dark and thick I had to pluck every day. -My voice was getting more and more raspy and deep. It sounded like I'd smoked for 30 years and I've never smoked a day in my life -I had uncontrollable weight gain, almost 100 pounds in 5 years. And I dieted, exercised, and cut my portions to where it was almost unhealthy. -Such bad brain fog I couldn't remember anything, I was struggling to finish a thought, and my kids would have to tell everyone but me what plans were for school or I'd never remember and it wouldn't get done. I spent a long time thinking it had to be my thyroid but every test came back fine. IUD, iron, and every other thing they could think of didn't work. My OBGYN friend recommended I try these just because "it won't hurt" and it ended up being the thing that helped. I've been taking them for a month now and all of my symptoms have gotten better. Specifically energy and bloating/weight. I have energy to do things and feel like a human being again. All of my bloating is gone and I've lost about 10 pounds. Not much but better than the steady increase in pounds I've seen over the last 5 years. I paid my real money for this stuff and I'll keep doing it as long as I am alive because of how much difference I see in just a month. My doctor verified it was safe for me so make sure you do that but my goodness it's worth the try if you sound anything like me.

I have no doubt that this worked very well for some people. But for someone like me, who is sensitive to things like this, it had the opposite effect. I started taking Inositol to lose hormonal belly fat but unfortunately this made me extremely tired with a very detached feeling. I felt like I had to take multiple naps and had no emotion whatsoever. Two days after I went off of it I felt tremendously better. I noticed that a lot of people are taking it to get pregnant. If you felt like I did on Inositol, give Vitex a try. That’s what helped me get pregnant with both my children and I had no side effects from it.
