I do kettlebell training once a week. And I needed something to warm up my muscles before I started training. This is perfect. the weight I got was 8 kg. Which is enough for me because I don't do Heavy training these days. But I would recommend to anybody who just wants to do some light weight training or some aerobic workout and need some extra weight just to add a little bit extra to your workout. Or you could buy two or three and just use them for your entire workout. I would say treat them with A Little Respect though. Because I think they're full of sand. And the outer sponge casing could probably rip easy if you didn't look after it. I would recommend this product.

storage is easy and the product is good quality. I bought this for use at home having used them at the gym. I usually use a 5KG at the gym but went for the 6KG. This one appears to be filled with what sounds like sand but either way the product is good although a little thicker compared to the gym ones.

Superb evenly distributed weight.The foam helps with grip and when resting on my shoulders when I do weighted squats, does not hurt or dig in.Quick delivery and arrived undamaged.

Bought this for myself to add weight when doing squats, biceps curls and bridge lifts ... LOVE it! The bar is filled with sand and covered in foam, which helps with grip. Well made product, east to store and delivery was speedy. Would recommend.

Arrived in a few days. Slightly thicker than the one I use at the gym but great all the same. Am enjoying using it at home. Thank you.

Ace product - was shipped quickly and the price wasn't jacked up due to the exercise at home demand.That's not to say that the price is still reasonable - just that it was reasonable when I purchased it.

Tolle Verarbeitung.....sieht in natura sehr viel wertiger aus als auf den Fotos. Gut durchdacht....gerade weil die Stange gummiert und nicht kaltes Metall ist, ist es ein Gewicht für uns Mädels.

Ich bin der Gewichtstange sehr zufrieden. Die Oberfläche ist mit einem speziellen Antirutsch-Kunststoff gedeckt, was beim Sport für mich wichtig ist.

Die Lieferung erflogte sehr schnell und ohne Probleme.Anversich bin ich mit der Stange sehr zu frieden. Sie ist jedoch krumm.... das sieht man auf Anhieb. Da das aber bei meiner Nutung nicht relevant ist habe ich sie auch nicht zurück geschickt.
