Lifefactory 22-Ounce Glass Water Bottle with Classic Cap and Protective Silicone Sleeve, Aqua Teal

As soon as I opened the package, I knew this was a high-quality product. From the thickness of the glass, to the lid, to the silicone sleeve — everything is designed beautifully. The glass made in France and the rest in the US, as I understand from their labels. Then I saw an instruction manual inside of the bottle in three languages, I knew that I inadvertently bought a good brand. Little did I know that Lifefactory is actually a subsidiary of Thermos LLC! I am pretty pleased with the purchase.

I got this to replace the same one that I had been using for three years before it tragically got lost. I love how sturdy this water bottle is, and the fact that it is machine washable. The wide mouth means that water can actually get in there and properly clean it. It’s the only water bottle I’ve had that I feel like I can get properly clean, and never has a strange taste.I got the regular screw cap this time around because I’ve been commuting by train, and I didn’t want the risk of the sports cap opening in my bag. My last bottle had the sports cap, and I used it daily for commuting by car.I dropped my last one more than once, and the silicone sleeve protected it perfectly - no breaking. I also love the design and the color. After a while everyone in my office recognized the cheery pink bottle as mine, and if I left it somewhere it consistently found its way back to me!

I just got this today and I love it. The bottle is designed ergonomically not only in shape but to give you a good natural grip with a cool decorative silicone wrap on the bottle too. Easy to hand wash with a little soapy water and a bottle brush that's it. The glass bottle is nice and thick so it's not going to break easily. It's not tempered glass so you don't want to put it in the freezer, microwave or boil it and go right from cold to hot liquids or it will crack/break, but I don't think it was intended for hot liquids anyway. I wanted something glass so my water isn't contaminated with plastics where more and more are being identified as leaching chemicals into the liquids it contains. Now it's not just BPA, it's BPS and others too so plastic in general in contact with food and liquids are not a healthy combination to include plastic wrap, plastic storage, including frozen food and styrofoam, etc. I have even discovered after buying milk in glass bottles, it tastes much better and I'm sure it's because the plastic milk bottles are adding a taste from chemicals leaching into it from sitting in contact with plastic. Now on this bottle is Plastic #5 Skew top (Polypropylene (PP) is a thermoplastic polymer. It is strong, tough, has a high resistance to heat and acts as a barrier to moisture). Although I wish it wasn't, it also doesn't actually sit in contact with the liquid; it is just a cap cover and to pour with, which only has a brief contact with the liquid as you drink. A metal cap would be ideal to be totally plastic free but I haven't seen one that is a sip style yet. This glass bottle is the best one I found in all my research.

The bottle is wonderful, even though the item slipped out of my hand holding it putting items to get in my vehicle. The bottle cap came off and the bottle rolled under my vehicle and down the driveway! Yes, true story. The glass bottle did not break even though the cap somehow came off! 5 stars for non breakage.Minus star as the handle bends or folds, I prefer the original style years ago as this style is difficult to twist on and off and even the bar part as unsnapped from hinges.I really wanted to just purchase same style cap as my original solid color years ago. Unfortunately, my personal preference I do not like the flip top as the style tends to leak. Again just my preference.

I love this 16 ounce size because it's not heavy and plenty. I chose the classic cap because I'm tired of paying a lot for a leaky top. It's not going to kill me to screw off a cap for a sip.

I returned it because the size was too big for me, but is for sure well made.

I am staring at this bottle as I write this. Love the easy to carry handle. Love the color. Love the fact that it's glass.Great product and a great way to stay hydrated.

Ich bin absolut begeistert. Ich benötige die Flasche für unterwegs, weil ich weder aus Plastik- noch aus Isolierflaschen trinken kann. Diese Flasche ist für mich absolut perfekt. Die Flasche nimmt nicht den Geruch von den Getränken an, ist stabil, leicht zu reinigen und sieht dazu noch super stylisch aus. An dem Henkel lässt sie sich sehr gut tragen und durch die Silikonhülle liegt sie angenehm in der Hand. Besser geht es nicht!

Tyvärr var flaskan inte ok, gummihöljet satt snett, och var "bubbligt". Flaskan var smutsig utanpå. Såg använd ut....blev retur.

Bellissima e durevole, leggermente pesante ma aiuta a trattarla con attenzione. Peccato per il tappo che si è rigato con i denti dopo poco tempo di utilizzo. Si può sostituire ma non è proprio a buon mercato. Buon prodotto ma il prezzo è un po' alto.
