The batteries in the remote for our rv TV exploded inside the battery cavity rendering the remote useless. I bought this one to replace it and it was a perfect match. Easy to use, looks identical to the one I replaced & arrived in perfect condition. I'd use this seller again for similar purchases.

Can not get remote to function with TV or Stereo. It was purchased as a direct replacement for Furrion TV. There are NO instruction telling you how to program remote or how to get it to communicate with the TV!!Update on review.... have finally found out that the model of remote will not work with Furrion TV's older than 2016. My model year TV is 2015 :(

I bought this to determine if my remote or furrion head unit was the culprit in a technical issue I was having. We bought a 2020 FR Arctic Wolf new, and the lackluster range (about 4 foot) of the credit card remote only got worse over time. I had been looking for a universal remote anyway, but of course, Furrion is t supported by any of them. So I saw this and thought I’d give it a try.The good. Has a range of at least 7 ft. If that seems like a given for a remote, you probably haven’t been introduced to the level of quality furrion strives for.The bad. So the furrion universal remote isn’t universal, so don’t make that mistake. I can see where that might be an easy thing to do, since it costs almost double what the base line universal remotes at local stores do. For that price tag, you might be inclined to think it will work like a standard uni, but also work with furrion. This again, would be a mistake. The only items this thing works with are the quality line of furrion products. Not even the Optimus line of electronics or the clover valley brand has been able to achieve the level of performance and value that furrion has.Because who would want a universal remote that works universally, right? It’s not like the rv manufacturers, dealers or owners might actually replace any of the electronics with brands that weren’t manufactured with soviet era quality standards.In all seriousness though, just get a different brand head unit or tv or whatever so you can use an actual universal remote. It won’t cost that much more, and after owning and being in multiple campers, I promise you’ll be happier in the long run. Good luck.
