I decided to try the Masman because I wasn't too keen on making it myself at home. All natural ingredients! No nasty additives! Tastes amazing - just as good as my homemade paste recipe. I am not Thai, but this is as good as I've had in restaurants. Might need a touch more heat for you - the heat is not overpowering. This is a great solution for a quick weeknight meal, and it's delicious. Definitely a pantry staple at our house now!

I’ve purchased this product three times for my own use, and more for a stocking stuffers! I use them to make a curry every 2 to 3 weeks when I’m pressed for time or I just can’t think of anything else to cook. They are so much more delicious than powdered flavor packets, and allow you to use up just about any vegetables or protein foods you might have in your kitchen. They are best prepared with a standard can of coconut milk. Every time I make a curry with these, My husband raves about how wonderful the dinner is!
